Claims (8)
- 多層光学フィルムの製造方法であって、
低屈折率層と高屈折率層との複数の交互ポリマー層を含む多層光学フィルムを提供する工程であって、該複数の交互ポリマー層は、紫外線から近赤外線までの範囲の電磁放射線の少なくとも1つの帯域幅を反射する、工程と、
該多層光学フィルム上に、ナノ粒子、ポリマー、及びこれらの組み合わせの、層ごとの自己集合により堆積された複数の層を配置する工程と、を含み、
前記多層光学フィルムの前記高屈折率層は、複屈折性熱可塑性ポリマーを含む、方法。 - 層ごとの自己集合により堆積された前記複数の層は、低屈折率の二重層と高屈折率の二重層との交互積層体を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の二重層は、紫外線から近赤外線の範囲の電磁放射線の少なくとも1つの帯域幅を反射する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の二重層は、前記多層光学フィルムと異なる、電磁放射線の帯域幅の少なくとも一部分を反射する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の二重層を含む前記多層光学フィルムは、前記多層光学フィルム単体よりも反射率が高い、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 層ごとの自己集合により堆積された前記複数の層は、少なくとも1つの高分子電解質及び無機酸化物ナノ粒子を含む水系組成物の交互層を堆積することによって形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 多層光学フィルムであって、
低屈折率層と高屈折率層との複数の交互ポリマー層を含む多層光学フィルムであって、該複数の交互ポリマー材料は、紫外線から近赤外線の範囲の電磁放射線の少なくとも1つの帯域幅を反射する、多層光学フィルムと、
該多層光学フィルム上に配置された複数の層であって、該複数の層は、層ごとに自己集合されたナノ粒子、ポリマー、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む、複数の層と、を含み、
前記多層光学フィルムの前記高屈折率層は、複屈折性熱可塑性ポリマーを含む、多層光学フィルム。 - 請求項7に記載の多層光学フィルムを含む、光学ディスプレイ、建築用フィルム、温室用フィルム、窓用フィルム、自動車用ラップフィルム、塗料保護用フィルム、交通標識用フィルム、商用グラフィックフィルム、採光フィルム、太陽光発電フロントシートフィルム、又は太陽光集光ミラー。
