Claims (11)
- ビデオ写真機器向けの支持三脚(1)であって、前記三脚(1)は、スパイダ(2)と、前記スパイダ(2)によって画定された開口(7)の内側で摺動軸(Z)に沿って摺動可能なビデオ写真機器に対するフック手段(9)を備える支柱(8)と、前記三脚(1)を広げる/閉じるようにヒンジ端部(4a)で前記スパイダ(2)にヒンジ式に連結された複数の脚(4)とを備え、
各脚(4)は、主に長手方向軸(Y)に沿って延びている本体を有し、かつ前記長手方向軸(Y)に実質的に直交するヒンジ軸(X)の周りを回転可能であり、前記各脚(4)は、前記脚(4)が前記摺動軸(Z)に対してほぼ平行に配置される閉じた構成(W、W’)と、前記脚(4)が前記摺動軸(Z)に対して所望の広がり角度(α1、α2)で傾斜する少なくとも1つの動作構成(K、J)との間を動かされるように、前記スパイダ(2)を通って延び、各脚(4)が、前記脚(4)の角位置を前記摺動軸(Z)に対する最大広がり角度(α1、α2)まで調整するように配置された調整デバイス(30)を備える、三脚において、
前記調整デバイス(30)が、前記脚(4)の前記長手方向軸(Y)の周りの回転に関して作動可能な前記第1のヒンジ端部(4a)に設けられた調整ヘッド(31)と、前記長手方向軸(Y)の周りの前記回転後、前記長手方向軸(Y)に沿って前記脚(4)に対して前記調整ヘッド(31)を並進させるために、前記脚(4)上に画定された対応する並進相手手段(41)と協働する並進手段(40)とを備え、前記脚(4)の長さ、および前記ヒンジ端部(4a)と前記スパイダ(2)との間の締めしろを変動させて、前記脚(4)の前記最大広がり角度(α1、α2)の変動を可能にすることを特徴とする三脚。 - 前記調整デバイス(30)が、前記脚(4)が前記摺動軸(Z)に対してほぼ平行に配置され、前記脚(4)および前記支柱(8)が前記スパイダ(2)に対して反対側に位置決めされる第1の閉じた構成(W’)と、前記脚(4)が前記第1の閉じた構成(W’)に対して約180°回転され、前記脚(2)によって占有される空間内に前記支柱(8)が位置決めされる閉じた輸送構成(W)との間で、前記脚(4)が回転されることを可能にするように構成される、請求項1に記載の三脚。
- 前記脚(4)が、前記スパイダ(2)にヒンジ式に連結されるスリーブ(20)を備え、前記スリーブが、前記調整ヘッド(31)が前記長手方向軸(Y)に沿って摺動可能および並進可能に収容されるチャンバ(22)を備える、請求項2に記載の三脚。
- 前記並進手段(40)および前記並進相手手段(41)が、前記長手方向軸(Y)の周りの前記調整ヘッド(31)の回転後、前記長手方向軸(Y)に沿って相互に並進可能になるように、それぞれ前記調整ヘッド(31)上および前記チャンバ(22)の基礎(23)上に画定され、または逆も同様である、請求項3に記載の三脚。
- 前記調整ヘッド(31)が、前記並進手段(40)が前記並進相手手段(41)に形状結合(form coupling)で結合される後退構成(W”)を備え、前記調整ヘッド(31)が、前記スパイダ(2)に干渉しないように、前記チャンバ(22)の基礎(23)に対して閉じた位置にある、請求項2または請求項3のいずれかに記載の三脚。
- 前記並進手段(40)および前記並進相手手段(41)がそれぞれ、少なくとも1つの溝(52、52’)および前記溝(52)の深さより小さい深さを有する少なくとも1つの凹部(52a、52b)、ならびに少なくとも1つの突起(53、53’、53a)を備え、または逆も同様であり、前記長手方向軸(Y)の周りの前記調整ヘッド(31)の回転後、前記調整ヘッド(31)を前記長手方向軸(Y)に沿って動かすように相互に変位可能である、請求項5に記載の三脚。
- 前記後退構成(W”)で、前記少なくとも1つの突起(53、53’、53a)が、前記少なくとも1つの溝(52、52’)内へ挿入され、前記少なくとも1つの突起(53、53’、53a)および前記少なくとも1つの溝(52、52’)が、互いに形状結合によって接続されるように形成される、請求項6に記載の三脚。
- 前記調整ヘッド(31)が、前記チャンバ(22)に対して少なくとも1つの配備構成(K”、J”)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの配備構成(K”、J”)で、前記調整ヘッド(31)が、前記チャンバ(22)の基礎(23)から所望の距離(d1)だけ隔置され、前記調整ヘッド(31)上に設けられた調整手段(32a、35)が、前記スパイダ(2)に当接して、前記脚(4)の位置を最大広がり角度(α1、α2)まで調整する、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の三脚。
- 前記少なくとも1つの配備構成(K”、J”)で、前記少なくとも1つの突起(53)が、前記少なくとも1つの凹部(52a、52b)に配置され、前記突起(53)の隆起(53a)が、前記少なくとも1つの凹部(52a、52b)内へ挿入される、請求項5または6に従属するときの請求項8に記載の三脚。
- 前記調整ヘッド(31)上に画定され、前記調整ヘッド(31)を前記長手方向軸(Y)の周りで回転させるために使用者によって把持されるように配置された作動要素(34)をさらに備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の三脚。
- 前記並進手段(40)および前記並進相手手段(41)を相互に結合された状態で維持するために、前記調整ヘッド(31)を前記脚(4)に押し付けるように配置された推力要素(37b)をさらに備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の三脚。
