Claims (5)
- 紡糸電極の表面上に位置するポリマーの溶媒液または溶融液に作用する電場の力の作用によってポリマー・ナノファイバーが作成される、ポリマー・ナノファイバーの製造方法であって、
静電紡糸のための前記電場は、交番電圧を供給される前記紡糸電極(1)と、前記紡糸電極(1)の近傍に生成され、かつ/または、供給される、空気および/または気体のイオン(30、31)との間に交互に形成され、それによって、前記紡糸電極(1)上の前記交番電圧の位相にしたがって、反対の極性の電荷、および/または、反対の極性の電荷を有する部分を有するポリマー・ナノファイバーが作成され、前記ポリマー・ナノファイバーは、作成後、静電気力の影響下で互いに密集して、前記電場の勾配の方向に前記紡糸電極(1)から離れように空間を自由に移動する、麻屑または帯の形の線状形成体となることを特徴とするポリマー・ナノファイバーの製造方法。 - ポリマー・ナノファイバーの前記線状形成体は、静止した、もしくは移動する収集装置上に捕捉されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリマー・ナノファイバーの前記線状形成体は、平面型の静止した、もしくは移動する収集装置上に捕捉され、堆積してポリマー・ナノファイバーの平面層となることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 35から400Hzの範囲の周波数において、12から36kVの範囲の交番電圧が前記紡糸電極(1)に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1、2、または4のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製作されるポリマー・ナノファイバーの線状形成体であって、電気的に中性であり、かつ、マイクロメートルの単位の長さを有する部分において個々のナノファイバーがそれらの方向を変える、不規則な格子構造に配置されるポリマー・ナノファイバーから形成されることを特徴とする、線状形成体。
