- a)外面(I)および内面(IV)と、
b)前記外面(I)および前記内面(IV)における透明ポリマー構成要素(2)と、
c)前記透明ポリマー構成要素(2)の少なくとも一部分において前記内面(IV)に埋め込まれた不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)と、
d)前記透明ポリマー構成要素(2)と前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)とを接続する界面(V)ならびに前記透明ポリマー構成要素(2)、前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)、および外気が交わる接合点(9)と、
e)前記外面(I)に最も近くて平行と規定され、前記透明ポリマー構成要素(2)および前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)を通過する第1の内部面(II)と、
f)前記外面(I)から最も遠くて平行と規定され、前記透明ポリマー構成要素(2)および前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)を通過する第2の内部面(III)と、

前記接合点(9)において、前記界面(V)と前記第2の内部面(III)とが角度αを成し、αが前記第1の内部面(II)の方向に20°〜100°であり、

異なる傾斜間の遷移が、前記内面(IV)の直下0.1mm〜1mmにある、

請求項1に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)。 - 前記内面(IV)および前記第2の内部面(III)が、前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)の少なくとも一部分において角度βを成し、βが周縁の方向に10°〜100°、好ましくは20°〜60°である、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)。
- 前記内面(IV)が、前記第2の内部面(III)と平行または同一であり、前記第2の内部面(III)上で好ましくは0.5mm〜10mm、より好ましくは1mm〜5mmである接着表面(VI)を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)。
- 前記内面(IV)が、少なくとも2つの電気コンタクト(8)および少なくとも1つの導線(4)を備え、前記電気コンタクト(8)が前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)上に配置された、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)。
- 前記電気コンタクト(8)が、上側バスバー(5.1)および下側バスバー(5.2)を備えた、請求項5に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)。
- 前記導線(4)が、前記上側バスバー(5.1)および前記下側バスバー(5.2)に対して電気的に接続され、前記下側バスバー(5.2)が前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)に接着された、請求項6に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)。
- 前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)が、前記透明ポリマー構成要素(2)を囲む円周フレームを構成する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)。
- 前記透明ポリマー構成要素(2)の最大厚さが、1mm〜20mm、好ましくは2mm〜8mm、より好ましくは4mm〜7mmであり、前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)の最大厚さが、0.5mm〜15mm、好ましくは2mm〜8mm、より好ましくは3mm〜5mmである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)。
- 前記透明ポリマー構成要素(2)が、ポリエチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリブタジエン、ポリニトリル、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、スチレン/アクリロニトリル、アクリル酸エステルスチレン/アクリロニトリル、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン/ポリカーボネート、ポリカーボネート/アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、その混合物および/または共重合体、好ましくはポリカーボネートおよび/またはポリメチルメタクリレートを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)。
- 前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)が、ポリエチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリブタジエン、ポリニトリル、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、スチレン/アクリロニトリル、アクリル酸エステルスチレン/アクリロニトリル、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン/ポリカーボネート、ポリカーボネート/アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、および/またはその混合物もしくは共重合体、好ましくはポリカーボネートおよび/またはポリエチレンテレフタレートおよび/またはポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、より好ましくはアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン/ポリカーボネート、ならびに少なくとも1つの着色剤を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)。
- 少なくともポリシロキサン、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、および/またはポリウレタンを含み、厚さが好ましくは1μm〜50μm、より好ましくは2μm〜25μmである保護被膜(8)で覆われた、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)の製造プロセスであって、
a)透明ポリマー構成要素(2)および不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)を2要素射出成形するステップであり、前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)を前記透明ポリマー構成要素(2)上に埋め込み外側被覆する、ステップと、
b)保護被膜(10)を前記外面(I)および/または前記内面(IV)上に適用するステップと、
c)少なくとも1つの下側バスバー(5.2)を前記不透明ポリマー構成要素(3)の前記内面(IV)上に適用するステップと、
d)導線(4)を前記ポリマー車両ガラス(1)の内面(IV)上に超音波統合するステップと、
e)前記導線(4)を支える前記下側バスバー(5.2)上に上側バスバー(5.1)を適用するとともに、前記バスバー(5)と前記導線(4)とを電気的に接続するステップと、
を含む、ポリマー車両ガラス(1)の製造プロセス。 - 前記保護被膜(10)を前記ポリマー車両ガラス(1)の前記外面(I)および前記内面(IV)上に適用する、請求項13に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)の製造プロセス。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー車両ガラス(1)の、自動車用ガラス、航空機用ガラス、鉄道車両用ガラス、船舶用ガラス、好ましくは自動車のリアウィンドウ、サイドウィンドウ、もしくはフロントガラス、または灯具カバー、好ましくはヘッドライト用カバーとしての使用。
