Claims (15)
- 複数の繊維層を有するポリマーフィルムが形成されるマットを製造するマット製造部;
単一方向繊維層を有するプラスチック樹脂で形成される広幅繊維を製造する繊維製造部;及び
前記マットと前記広幅繊維を受け取り、既に設定された積層順序に従って前記マットと前記広幅繊維を積層させる複合材料製造部;を含むことを特徴とする複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記繊維製造部は、
プラスチック樹脂を供給する複数のプラスチック樹脂供給部と、
供給される前記各プラスチック樹脂の間に単一方向繊維を供給する単一方向繊維供給部と、
前記単一方向繊維が供給された前記プラスチック樹脂に一定の熱と圧力を提供することによって、前記単一方向繊維と前記プラスチック樹脂の固定を通じて前記広幅繊維を形成する固定部と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記単一方向繊維供給部は、
前記単一方向繊維が巻き取られる単一方向繊維供給ローラーと、
前記単一方向繊維供給ローラーから解かれる単一方向繊維を前記固定部に案内するように交差位置に配置される多数の案内ローラーと、
外部から動力を受け取り、前記多数の案内ローラーを上下に移動させながら前記単一方向繊維の幅を調節する複数の昇降機と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記単一方向繊維供給部は、エア供給器をさらに備え、
前記エア供給器は、
移動する前記単一方向繊維に一定圧力のエアを供給することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記複合材料製造部は、
前記マットと前記広幅繊維を互いに異なる位置で供給する複合材料供給部と、
供給される前記マットと前記広幅繊維に一定の熱と圧力を提供することによって、前記マットと前記広幅繊維の固定を通じて複合材料を形成する複合材料固定部と、
前記複合材料を一定温度に冷却する冷却部と、
冷却された前記複合材料を巻き取る巻取部と、を備え、
前記マットと前記広幅繊維が供給される前記互いに異なる位置によって前記マットと前記広幅繊維の積層順序が決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記複合材料供給部は、
前記マットが一定量で巻き取られる複数のマット供給ローラーと、
前記広幅繊維が一定量で巻き取られる複数の広幅繊維供給ローラーと、
外部から積層順序を受け取り、伝達された前記積層順序を形成するように前記複数のマット供給ローラーと前記複数の広幅繊維供給ローラーの位置を可変にする位置移動器と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記位置移動器は、
前記複数のマット供給ローラーの移動を案内する第1のガイド部材と、
前記複数の広幅繊維供給ローラーの移動を案内する第2のガイド部材と、
前記各マット供給ローラーを移動させる第1のモーターと、
前記各広幅繊維供給ローラーを移動させる第2のモーターと、
外部から前記積層順序を受け取り、前記積層順序に従って既に設定された位置に前記第1及び第2のモーターを駆動させ、前記各マット供給ローラーと前記各広幅繊維供給ローラーを移動させる制御部と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記マット製造部は、
移送経路を形成する移送部;
前記移送経路上に互いに異なる層が形成されるように複数のフィルムを供給するフィルム供給部;
前記各フィルムの層間に繊維を供給する繊維供給部;及び
前記移送経路に沿って移送され、前記繊維が供給された前記フィルムを裁縫する裁縫部;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記フィルム供給部は、
前記各フィルムが巻き取られ、前記移送経路の上部で前記移送経路に沿って一定間隔をなして配置される複数のフィルム供給ローラーと、
前記各フィルムが解かれるように前記複数のフィルム供給ローラーを回転させる第1の回転器と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記繊維供給部は、
前記繊維を供給する複数の繊維供給ローラーと、
前記繊維が解かれるように前記繊維供給ローラーを回転させる第2の回転器と、
前記各フィルム供給ローラーの間に配置され、解かれる前記各繊維を一定長さに切断する複数の切断機と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1項の複合材料の製造装置を使用して製造されることを特徴とする複合材料。
- 複数の繊維層を有するポリマーフィルムが形成されるマットを準備する第1のステップ;
供給幅を調節しながら単一方向繊維層を形成し、前記単一方向繊維層を有するプラスチック樹脂で形成される広幅繊維を製造する第2のステップ;及び
前記マットと前記広幅繊維を受け取り、既に設定された積層順序に従って前記マットと前記広幅繊維を積層させる第3のステップ;を含むことを特徴とする複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記第2のステップは、
プラスチック樹脂を供給し、
供給される前記各プラスチック樹脂の間の単一方向繊維の供給幅を調節し、
前記単一方向繊維が供給された前記プラスチック樹脂に一定の熱と圧力を順次提供した後、前記プラスチック樹脂を冷却し、前記単一方向繊維を前記プラスチック樹脂で覆うように固定することによって前記広幅繊維を形成することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記第3のステップにおいて、
前記広幅繊維を多層に形成し、
多層に形成された前記広幅繊維を前記マットで取り囲むように積層することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記第3のステップにおいて、
前記マットと前記広幅繊維を交互に積層させることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
