Claims (9)
- 一方向に長さが長い負極及び正極をそれぞれ一定の大きさ及び形状にノッチングして複数の電極部を形成し、かつ前記複数の電極部のそれぞれの両側端の連結部によって、前記複数の電極部を互いに電気的に連結されるようにノッチングするノッチング段階;
前記負極及び正極を、分離膜を境界に互いに積層してユニットセルを形成する積層段階;及び
前記負極及び正極の複数の電極部が互いに重ねられるよう、前記連結部を屈曲して前記ユニットセルをワインディングするワインディング段階
を含む電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記ワインディング段階の後、前記複数の電極部の形状に対応されない余剰の分離膜を互いに接合し、分離膜接合体を生成する分離フィルムの接合段階;及び
前記分離膜接合体を切断する切断段階
をさらに含む請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記分離膜接合体は、前記分離膜を融着させて生成されるものである請求項2に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記融着は、前記分離膜のガラス転移温度(Tg)を基準に±20℃の範囲内で行われるものである請求項3に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記切断段階は、刀、金型、はさみまたはレーザーを利用して分離膜を切断するものである請求項2に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記連結部は、前記複数の電極部の集電板と同一材質である請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記連結部は、前記複数の電極部と同一の電極活物質が塗布されたものである請求項6に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項により製造された電極組立体を電池ケースで包装する段階を含む二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記電池ケースを、電極組立体の形状に対応する形状に加工する段階をさらに含む請求項8に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
