Abstract
Description
前記複合材部品は、多孔性のセラミックス部分及び前記セラミックス部分の孔に充填される金属性物質を有し、
前記複合材部品の多孔性のセラミックスプレフォームを用意するステップと、
金属性物質を用意するステップと、
前記金属性物質の融点よりも高い温度まで前記金属性物質を加熱するステップと、
前記セラミックスプレフォームの孔を溶融した前記金属性物質で充填するステップと、
前記セラミックスプレフォームの孔において凝固した金属性物質を得るために、前記金属性物質及び前記セラミックスプレフォームを冷却するステップと、
前記複合材部品を得るために、仕上げ処置を行うステップと
を有し、
前記多孔性のセラミックスプレフォームは、本質的に、Si3N4、SiO2及びこれらのいずれかを含有する混合物からなる群から選択される物質によって構成しており、
前記金属性物質は、金、白金、パラジウムの金属及びこれらのいずれかの金属の合金からなる群から選択されるものによって達成される。
前記複合材部品は、多孔性のセラミックス部分及び前記セラミックス部分の孔に充填される金属性物質を有し、
前記複合材部品の多孔性のセラミックスプレフォームを用意するステップと、
金属性物質を用意するステップと、
前記金属性物質の融点よりも高い温度まで前記金属性物質を加熱するステップと、
前記セラミックスプレフォームの孔を溶融した前記金属性物質で充填するステップと、
前記セラミックスプレフォームの孔において凝固した金属性物質を得るために、前記金属性物質及び前記セラミックスプレフォームを冷却(緩慢性又は急速性―いわゆるクエンチング)するステップと、
前記複合材部品を得るために、仕上げ処置を行うステップと
を有する。
(a)CVD/PVD/ALD又は他の気相技術、あるいは
(b)孔壁に被覆される金属を含有している水性/非水性の溶液によって孔システムを含浸させるような無電解の被覆、
のいずれかに基づいている。このような方法は、当業者の間では周知であり、ここではさらなる説明は必要ではない。
Claims (18)
- 計時器又は宝飾物の複合材部品を製造する方法であって、
前記複合材部品は、多孔性のセラミックス部分及び前記セラミックス部分の孔に充填される金属性物質を有し、
前記複合材部品の多孔性のセラミックスプレフォームを用意するステップと、
金属性物質を用意するステップと、
前記金属性物質の融点よりも高い温度まで前記金属性物質を加熱するステップと、
前記セラミックスプレフォームの孔を溶融した前記金属性物質で充填するステップと、
前記セラミックスプレフォームの孔において凝固した金属性物質を得るために、前記金属性物質及び前記セラミックスプレフォームを冷却するステップと、
前記複合材部品を得るために、仕上げ処置を行うステップと
を有し、
前記多孔性のセラミックスプレフォームは、本質的に、Si3N4、SiO2及びこれらのいずれかを含有する混合物からなる群から選択される物質によって構成しており、
前記金属性物質は、金、白金、パラジウムの金属及びこれらのいずれかの金属の合金からなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記金属性物質は、純金属である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記金属性物質は、金、白金及びパラジウムからなる群から選択される金属とケイ素との合金である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記複合材部品の前記セラミックスプレフォームは、多孔状のプレフォームである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記多孔性のセラミックスプレフォームの空隙率のレベルは、前記複合材要素によって達成されるべき所望のカラットレベルに応じて計算される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記セラミックスプレフォームの孔を溶融金属性物質で充填するステップは、溶浸プロセスによる溶浸を行うステップである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記溶浸するステップの間に前記溶融金属性物質に対して付加的な圧力が与えられない
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - さらに、前記セラミックスプレフォームの孔を溶融金属性物質で充填するステップの前に、湿潤剤で前記セラミックスプレフォームの孔の内壁を被覆するステップを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記湿潤剤は、純金又は金合金である
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - 多孔性のセラミックス部分及び前記セラミックス部分の孔に充填される金属性物質を有する計時器又は宝飾物の複合材部品であって、
前記セラミックス部分は、本質的に、Si3N4、SiO2及びこれらのいずれかを含有する混合物からなる群から選択される物質によって構成しており、
前記金属性物質は、金、白金、パラジウムの金属及びこれらのいずれかの金属の合金からなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする複合材部品。 - 前記セラミックス部分は、主として、反応結合性窒化ケイ素で形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の複合材部品。 - 前記セラミックス部分は、前記複合材部品の多孔状のプレフォームである
ことを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の複合材部品。 - 前記金属性物質は、純金属である
ことを特徴とする請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の複合材部品。 - 前記金属性物質は、金、白金及びパラジウムからなる群から選択される金属とケイ素との合金である
ことを特徴とする請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の複合材部品。 - 前記金属性物質の含有量は、前記複合材部品の総重量の75重量%よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項10〜14のいずれかに記載の複合材部品。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造された
ことを特徴とする計時器又は宝飾物の複合材部品。 - 請求項10〜16のいずれかに記載の複合材部品を有する
ことを特徴とする計時器。 - 請求項10〜16のいずれかに記載の複合材部品を有する
ことを特徴とする宝飾物。
