Abstract

Description

上記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントが、上記コア部材の上記遠位端と上記インプラントの上記近位端のそれぞれよりも電気分解による腐食の影響を受けやすい材料である、上記項目に記載の送達システム。
(項目3)
上記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントが、軸方向の上記遠位端と上記近位端との間に配置される複数の溶接ジョイントを備えてもよく、上記複数の溶接ジョイントは、上記遠位端の上記径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び、上記近位端の上記径方向の最も外側の外周部の周りに分布する、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の送達システム。

上記複数の溶接ジョイントが、上記遠位端の上記径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び/または、上記近位端の上記径方向の最も外側の外周部の周りに均一に分布する、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の送達システム。
(項目5)
上記遠位端の径方向の最も中心側の領域が、軸方向のギャップにより、上記近位端の径方向の最も中心側の領域から離間している、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の送達システム。
(項目6)
上記遠位端が、上記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントのみを介して上記近位端と接続している、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の送達システム。
(項目7)
上記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントが、(i)軸方向の上記近位端と上記遠位端との間、かつ(ii)上記遠位端の上記径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び/または、上記近位端の上記径方向の最も外側の外周部の、径方向の内部の部位の5%以下を占める、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の送達システム。
(項目8)
(i)軸方向の上記近位端と上記遠位端との間、かつ(ii)上記遠位端の上記径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び/または、上記近位端の上記径方向の最も外側の外周部の、径方向の内部の部位の少なくとも95%がギャップである、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の送達システム。
(項目9)
患者内の目標位置に向けて、近位端を有し、コア部材の遠位端に、軸方向の上記遠位端と上記近位端との間に配置される1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントによって接続され、上記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントはさらに、上記遠位端の径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び、上記近位端の径方向の最も外側の外周部に配置されるインプラントを前進させることと、
上記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントを腐食させることにより、上記インプラントを上記コア部材から離間させることと、を含む、分離可能なインプラントの送達方法。
(項目10)
上記インプラントを上記コア部材から離間させることには、上記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントを電気分解により腐食させることが含まれる、上記項目に記載の方法。
(項目11)
上記インプラントを上記コア部材から離間させることには、上記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントが電解液内にある状態で、上記コア部材を通して上記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントに電流を印加することが含まれる、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目12)
上記離間の際に、上記遠位端の径方向の最も中心の領域は、軸方向のギャップにより、上記近位端の径方向の最も中心の領域と離間している、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目13)
上記前進させることには、
上記インプラントを含むカテーテルの遠位端を上記目標位置の近くに前進させることと、
上記カテーテルの上記遠位端から上記目標位置に、上記インプラントを前進させることと、と含む、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

上記コア部材を回収することをさらに含む、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目15)
中心軸に沿って、コア部材の遠位端を、インプラントの近位端に軸方向に隣接するように並べることと、
上記近位端及び上記遠位端から少なくとも部分的に、1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントを、上記遠位端の径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び、上記近位端の径方向の最も外側の外周部に形成することと、を含む、分離可能なインプラントの形成方法。

(摘要)

Claims (13)
- 遠位端を有するコア部材と、
近位端を有するインプラントと、
軸方向の前記遠位端と前記近位端との間に配置される1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントであって、前記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントはさらに、前記遠位端の径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び、前記近位端の径方向の最も外側の外周部に配置される、1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントと、を備える送達システム。 - 前記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントが、前記コア部材の前記遠位端と前記インプラントの前記近位端のそれぞれよりも電気分解による腐食の影響を受けやすい材料である、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントが、軸方向の前記遠位端と前記近位端との間に配置される複数の溶接ジョイントを備えてもよく、前記複数の溶接ジョイントは、前記遠位端の前記径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び、前記近位端の前記径方向の最も外側の外周部の周りに分布する、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記複数の溶接ジョイントが、前記遠位端の前記径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び/または、前記近位端の前記径方向の最も外側の外周部の周りに均一に分布する、請求項3に記載の送達システム。
- 前記遠位端の径方向の最も中心側の領域が、軸方向のギャップにより、前記近位端の径方向の最も中心側の領域から離間している、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記遠位端が、前記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントのみを介して前記近位端と接続している、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントが、(i)軸方向の前記近位端と前記遠位端との間、かつ(ii)前記遠位端の前記径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び/または、前記近位端の前記径方向の最も外側の外周部の、径方向の内部の部位の5%以下を占める、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- (i)軸方向の前記近位端と前記遠位端との間、かつ(ii)前記遠位端の前記径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び/または、前記近位端の前記径方向の最も外側の外周部の、径方向の内部の部位の少なくとも95%がギャップである、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 中心軸に沿って、コア部材の遠位端を、インプラントの近位端に軸方向に隣接するように並べることと、
前記近位端及び前記遠位端から少なくとも部分的に、1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントを、前記遠位端の径方向の最も外側の外周部、及び、前記近位端の径方向の最も外側の外周部に形成することと、を含む、分離可能なインプラントの形成方法。 - 前記並べることには、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に軸方向のギャップを維持することが含まれる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記形成することには、前記1つまたは複数の溶接ジョイントの一部を形成する充填材料を適用することが含まれる、請求項9に記載の方法。
