Abstract
Description

Claims (13)
- 血管閉塞デバイスであって、
(i)複合三次元弛緩形態を有する近位部分および該弛緩形態における第1の全径を有する近位部分、および
(ii)第2の全径を有する遠位部分であって、該第2の全径が該第1の全径より小さい遠位部分、を備える、血管閉塞デバイス。 - 前記遠位部分が、二次元形態を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記遠位部分が、ループを備える、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記遠位部分が、J形状を備える、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の全径が、前記第1の全径より少なくとも10%より小さい、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の全径が、前記第1の全径より少なくとも25%より小さい、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の全径が、前記第1の全径より少なくとも50%より小さい、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の全径が、前記近位部分の第1の全径より少なくとも75%より小さい、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 切断可能な接合部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記切断可能な接合部が、送達機構に離脱可能に連結される、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記切断可能な接合部が、電流の印加による離脱に適合された電気分解的に離脱可能な接合部、移動または圧力による離脱に適合された機械的に離脱可能な接合部、接合部への熱の局所的送達による離脱に適合された熱により離脱可能な接合部、接合部への電磁放射の送達による離脱に適合された放射線で離脱可能な接合部、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 身体の腔を閉塞する方法であって、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞デバイスを該身体の腔中に導入する工程を包含する、方法。
