Claims (7)
- カテーテル(112)と、
押圧器遠位端及び押圧器近位端を有し前記カテーテル(112)内に配置された長尺状押圧器(110)と、
該押圧器(110)に接続され編込みワイヤ製のメッシュを有する保持構造体(102)とを備える血管補綴体送出装置であって、
前記保持構造体(102)は、前記押圧器の遠位端の近傍で前記押圧器に固定された近位端及び前記押圧器の遠位端を越えて延伸する遠位端を有し、
前記保持構造体は、半径方向に圧縮された形態では管状形状であり、前記半径方向に展開された形態では前記長尺状押圧器に対して遠位方向に開く円錐形状であり、
該送出装置は、前記保持構造体(102)にワイヤもしくは繊維ひもによって固定され、該保持構造体(102)の内側に向かって半径方向に突出し、補綴体(1)の対応する間隙に嵌合する寸法に形成された係合要素(106)を備え、
前記保持構造体の遠位端は前記補綴体の近位端に被せて位置決めされ、前記補綴体の遠位端を前記保持構造体で覆わずに残すように構成され、
前記保持構造体は、前記補綴体の送出の間、前記カテーテル(112)内で前記半径方向に圧縮された形態時は前記補綴体に係合し、前記半径方向に展開された形態時には前記補綴体を分離して、前記半径方向に展開された形態で前記補綴体を留置するように構成されていることを特徴とする血管補綴体送出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の血管補綴体送出装置において、前記係合要素(106)の形状は、球形、長円形、楕円形、角錐、矩形、円錐形、円錐台形、角錐台形又は正方形である血管補綴体送出装置。
- 請求項1に記載の血管補綴体送出装置において、前記補綴体(1)は、編込みワイヤ及び複数の編込みワイヤ交点を含んで構成され、前記補綴体の前記間隙は前記補綴体の編込みワイヤ交点の間に位置する血管補綴体送出装置。
- 請求項1に記載の血管補綴体送出装置において、前記補綴体(1)は近位端部ループ(4)を有し、前記係合要素(106)に把持される前記補綴体の前記間隙は前記補綴体の前記近位端部ループに位置する血管補綴体送出装置。
- 請求項1に記載の血管補綴体送出装置において、前記保持構造体(102)は送出シース(112)内に拘束される際に半径方向に圧縮された形態とし、送出シース(112)内に拘束されない際には半径方向に展開された形態とすべく熱処理が施される血管補綴体送出装置。
- 請求項1に記載の血管補綴体送出装置において、更に前記補綴体(1)に分離可能に接続されたテザー(122)を備える血管補綴体送出装置。
- 請求項6に記載の血管補綴体送出装置において、更に前記テザー(122)を切断する加熱コイル(130)を備える血管補綴体送出装置。
