Description
Claims (16)
- 電子ディスプレイ用のレンズ組立体であって、
前記電子ディスプレイの観視者が面する方向上に第1の縁部を有する第1のフレーム断片であって、前記第1の縁部が第2の縁部と共に第1の角度を形成する、前記第1のフレーム断片と、
前記電子ディスプレイの観視者が面する方向上に第3の縁部を有する第2のフレーム断片であって、前記第3の縁部が第4の縁部と共に第2の角度を形成する、前記第2のフレーム断片と、
前記観視者に面する第1のレンズ縁部と、当該第1のレンズ縁部に連結され、且つ、レンズ角度を形成する第2のレンズ縁部及び第3のレンズ縁部とを有するレンズと、
前記第1のフレーム断片を前記レンズに取り付けるように、前記第2の縁部と前記第2のレンズ縁部との間に配置される第1の接着剤層と、
前記第2のフレーム断片を前記レンズに取り付けるように、前記第4の縁部と前記第3のレンズ縁部との間に配置される第2の接着剤層と
を含む、レンズ組立体。 - 前記電子ディスプレイが、車両のセンタースタック領域に一体化される、請求項1に記載のレンズ組立体。
- 前記第1の角度及び前記第2の角度が90度よりも小さい、請求項1に記載のレンズ組立体。
- 前記レンズ角度が90度よりも大きい、請求項3に記載のレンズ組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2の接着剤層が、0.1から10Mpaの間の、実用的な例では0.2から2Mpaの間の、ヤング率特性によって規定される、請求項1に記載のレンズ組立体。
- 前記レンズの前記第1の縁部と、前記第1の接着剤層及び前記第2の接着剤層のうちの少なくとも1つとの間の間隙の大きさが、温度範囲、レンズの大きさ、及びフレームとレンズの膨張係数の差の関数として、所定の決定に基づき離間される、請求項1に記載のレンズ組立体。
- 前記第1のフレーム断片と前記第2のフレーム断片のいずれかの幅が、所定の決定に基づきサイズ決めされる、請求項1に記載のレンズ組立体。
- 前記レンズと、前記第1のフレーム断片及び前記第2のフレーム断片のいずれかとの間の間隙の大きさが、所定の決定に基づきサイズ決めされる、請求項1に記載のレンズ組立体。
- レンズ組立体の提供方法であって、
レンズのベゼルとしての機能を果たすために採用された材料により形成される第1の層を提供することと、
前記第1の層を、それぞれが内向きの面を有する第1の縁部断片及び第2の縁部断片にカットすることと、を含み、この内向きの面が前記レンズ組立体の観視者に向く側から離れるように斜めに配置され、
さらに、
前記第1の縁部断片と前記第2の縁部断片との間にレンズを提供することと、
第1のレンズ縁部が、前記第1の縁部断片の前記内向きの面と逆向きに傾き、且つ、前記第2のレンズ縁部が、前記第2の縁部断片の前記内向きの面と逆向きに傾くような方法で、前記レンズをカットすることと、
前記レンズと、前記第1の縁部断片及び前記第2の縁部断片のそれぞれとの間に接着材料を配置することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記接着材料が、0.1から10Mpaの間の、実用的な例では0.2から2Mpaの間の、ヤング率特性によって規定される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記レンズの前記第1の縁部と、前記第1の接着剤層及び前記第2の接着剤層のうちの少なくともの1つとの間の間隙の大きさを、所定の決定に基づき離間させることをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のフレーム断片と前記第2のフレーム断片のいずれか幅を、所定の決定に基づき離間させることをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記レンズと、前記第1のフレーム断片と前記第2のフレーム断片のいずれかとの間の間隙の大きさを、所定の決定に基づき離間させることをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記レンズ組立体を保持するために、所定の量に基づき、前記接着材料の粘弾性の特性を決定することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 破損変形を制限するために、前記第1のフレーム断片または前記第2のフレーム断片のいずれかに面する前記レンズの縁部に、前記接着剤を配置することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記レンズ組立体が、さらに、異物の浸入に対して封止するように構成される、請求項9に記載の方法。
