Description
この構成によれば、クランク軸からキャリアに伝わるスラスト方向の力を、クランク軸を保持するための軸受として円錐ころ軸受が用いられる場合に比べて低減させることができる。
この構成によれば、二個の支柱用貫通孔の間の領域の一方と他方とで、歯車に作用する力を均一にすることができるため、耐久性を向上させることができる。

Claims (4)
- 内周側に内歯を有するケースと、
前記内歯に噛み合う外歯を有する歯車と、
前記歯車を揺動するクランク軸と、
前記クランク軸の一端部を回転自在に保持する第1保持部、前記クランク軸の他端部を回転自在に保持する第2保持部、及び前記第1保持部と前記第2保持部とを連結する支柱を有するキャリアと、を備える減速機において、
前記ケースの内歯の中心軸周りの周方向で、前記支柱の間に、複数の前記クランク軸が配置されている、減速機。 - 前記第1保持部と前記クランク軸の一端部との間及び前記第2保持部と前記クランク軸の他端部との間の各々に、針状ころ軸受が配置されている、請求項1に記載の減速機。
- 内周側に内歯を有するケースの前記内歯に噛み合う外歯を有する歯車であって、クランク軸の一端部を回転自在に保持する第1保持部、前記クランク軸の他端部を回転自在に保持する第2保持部、及び前記第1保持部と前記第2保持部とを連結する支柱を有するキャリアに、前記クランク軸を介して保持され且つ前記クランク軸によって揺動される、減速機に用いられる歯車において、
前記クランク軸が通されるクランク軸用貫通孔と、
前記支柱が通される支柱用貫通孔と、を備え、
当該歯車の周方向で、前記支柱用貫通孔の間に、複数の前記クランク軸用貫通孔が配置されている、減速機に用いられる歯車。 - 前記支柱用貫通孔は、当該歯車の周方向で離間して二個配置され、
当該歯車の周方向における二個の前記支柱用貫通孔の間の領域の一方と他方とで、複数且つ同数の前記クランク軸用貫通孔が配置されている、請求項3に記載の減速機に用いられる歯車。
