Abstract
【解決手段】電流センサのオフセット補正装置は、インバータ部100と、電流検出部200と、フィルタ部300と、フィルタ部300から抽出されたd軸またはq軸電流の高周波成分を実効値(RMS)に変換するためのRMS計算部400と、RMS計算部400で変換されたd軸またはq軸電流の実効値(RMS)が予め設定された基準値より大きい場合、現在設定された各電流センサCSの直流オフセットを所定の大きさに増減した後、RMS計算部400により変換された最も小さいd軸またはq軸電流の実効値(RMS)に該当する直流オフセットに変更して各電流センサCSを補正制御する制御部500と、を含んでいる。

Claims (4)
- 直流電源を三相交流電流に変換し、電動機に供給するインバータ部と、
前記インバータ部から出力される電流を検出するための複数の電流センサを備える電流検出部と、
前記電流検出部から検出された電流をd‐q軸電流に変換し、前記変換されたd軸またはq軸電流をフィルタリングして高周波成分を抽出するフィルタ部と、
前記フィルタ部から抽出されたd軸またはq軸電流の高周波成分を実効値(RMS)に変換するRMS計算部と、
前記RMS計算部で変換されたd軸またはq軸電流の実効値(RMS)が予め設定された基準値より大きい場合、現在設定された前記電流検出部の各電流センサの直流オフセットを所定の大きさに増減した後、前記RMS計算部により変換された最も小さいd軸またはq軸電流の実効値(RMS)に該当する直流オフセットに変更して前記各電流センサを補正制御する制御部と、を含む、電流センサのオフセット補正装置。 - 前記複数の電流センサは、前記インバータ部から出力される三相の交流電流の少なくとも二相の交流電流に一つずつ設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電流センサのオフセット補正装置。
- 前記フィルタ部は、ハイパスフィルタ(High Pass Filter、HPF)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電流センサのオフセット補正装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記RMS計算部で変換されたd軸またはq軸電流の実効値(RMS)が予め設定された基準値より小さい場合、現在設定された各電流センサに対する直流オフセットをそのまま維持することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電流センサのオフセット補正装置。
