Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関3に複数の補機を接続すると共に、補機4の駆動により内燃機関3に加わる負荷を調節する調節機構5を補機4毎に設け、NOx触媒1の温度を取得し、取得したNOx触媒1の温度が触媒活性温度より低いとき、その温度差に応じた台数の補機4を付加的に駆動させるべく、その駆動させる補機4に対応した調節機構5を補機駆動側に制御して内燃機関3の負荷を増加させるものである。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関からの排出ガスを浄化する選択触媒還元型NOx触媒を活性化する触媒活性化方法において、
前記内燃機関に複数の補機を接続すると共に、前記補機の駆動により前記内燃機関に加わる負荷を調節する調節機構を前記補機毎に設け、前記NOx触媒の温度を取得し、取得した前記NOx触媒の温度が触媒活性温度より低いとき、その温度差に応じた台数の前記補機を付加的に駆動させるべく、その駆動させる補機に対応した前記調節機構を補機駆動側に制御して前記内燃機関の負荷を増加させることを特徴とする触媒活性化方法。 - 前記複数の調節機構のうち少なくとも1つはクラッチからなり、前記クラッチを補機駆動側に制御する際、前記クラッチを半クラッチ状態とする請求項1に記載の触媒活性化方法。
- 前記複数の補機が、冷却ファン、パワーステアリング用ポンプ、オルタネータ、エアコン用コンプレッサ及びオイルポンプのうち少なくとも2つを備える請求項1又は2に記載の触媒活性化方法。
- 内燃機関からの排出ガスを浄化する選択触媒還元型NOx触媒を活性化する触媒活性化装置において、
前記内燃機関に接続された複数の補機と、前記補機毎に設けられ前記補機の駆動により前記内燃機関に加わる負荷を調節する調節機構と、前記NOx触媒の温度を取得し、取得した前記NOx触媒の温度が触媒活性温度より低いとき、その温度差に応じた台数の前記補機を付加的に駆動させるべく、その駆動させる補機に対応した前記調節機構を補機駆動側に制御して前記内燃機関の負荷を増加させる制御装置とを備えたことを特徴とする触媒活性化装置。 - 前記複数の調節機構のうち少なくとも1つはクラッチからなり、前記制御装置は、前記クラッチを補機駆動側に制御する際、前記クラッチを半クラッチ状態とする請求項4に記載の触媒活性化装置。
- 前記複数の補機が、冷却ファン、パワーステアリング用ポンプ、オルタネータ、エアコン用コンプレッサ及びオイルポンプのうち少なくとも2つを備える請求項4又は5に記載の触媒活性化装置。
