Abstract

 DPF(12b)を強制再生する際に、排気ガスの温度(Tg2)が所定の判定温度(Tc1)より低い時には排気温度を上昇するための多段遅延噴射制御を行う排気温度昇温制御を実施し、排気ガスの温度(Tg2)が所定の判定温度(Tc1)以上になった時に後噴射制御を行うPM燃焼除去制御を実施する制御装置(40)を備えた排気ガス浄化システム(1)で 内燃機関(10)のアイドル運転状態が所定の判定時間(tic)を経過し、且つ、PTO装置(26)が作動状態である場合には、多段遅延噴射制御を禁止する。これにより、排気ガス中のPMを浄化するためのDPFを備えた特装車両において、長時間アイドル運転時で且つPTO装置が作動状態であっても、エンジン回転変動を避けつつ強制再生を実行して、DPFを良好な状態に維持できる排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法及び排気ガス浄化システムを提供する。
