Abstract
Description
全ての試料を、2つのi−Component PETバリアフィルム間の樹脂配合物の積層によって調製した。約2mLの樹脂を、底部フィルム上に分与し、上部は、所望のフィルム厚さに基づくギャップ設定(10mil〜12mil)で、ギャップコーティングバーを用いて適用した。別途示されない限り、試料を、紫外線A波400mJ/cm2を用いてFusion UV F300S硬化システム内で硬化させた。フィルム厚さを、硬化したフィルムの測微計による測定、次いでバリアフィルム厚さを差引くことによって、決定した。光ルミネセンス量子収量(PLQY)、ピーク発光波長(PWL)、及び発光ピークの半値全幅(FWHM)を、Hamamatsu C9920−02G積分球を用いて測定した。エッジ進入を、露出したバックライトユニット上で時間経過させた1”×1”試料の画像解析により決定した。
Claims (10)
- R2が、架橋多環式置換基である、請求項1に記載の前記ポリマー複合材料。
- R2が、C7−C17架橋多環式置換基である、請求項2に記載の前記ポリマー複合材料。
- 前記ポリマー複合材料が、1つの(メタ)アクリレートエステル置換基を有する式(I)の化合物及び2つの(メタ)アクリレートエステル置換基を有する式(I)の化合物を、それぞれ、100:1〜1:5の重量比で含む、請求項3に記載の前記ポリマー複合材料。
- R2が、ビシクロ[2,2,1]アルカンまたはトリシクロデカン環系を有する、請求項4に記載の前記ポリマー複合材料。
- 前記量子ドットが、CdS、CdSe、CdTe、ZnS、ZnSe、ZnTe、HgS、HgSe、HgTe、GaN、GaP、GaAs、InP、InAs、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項5に記載の前記ポリマー複合材料。
- ウレタンアクリレート、セルロースエーテル、セルロースアクリルエステル、ポリスチレンポリマー、ポリスチレンブロックコポリマー、アクリル樹脂、またはポリオレフィンエラストマーを更に含む、請求項6に記載の前記ポリマー複合材料。
- 散乱剤を更に含む、請求項6に記載の前記ポリマー複合材料。
- 酸化防止剤または紫外線光安定剤を更に含む、請求項8に記載の前記ポリマー複合材料。
