SR833は、トリシクロ[5.2.1.02,6]デカンジメタノールジアクリレートである
I−819及びI−651は、Ciba−Geigy Corp.のIRGACURE光活性重合開始剤である
[1]実施例のための試料調製
2つのi成分PETバリアフィルムの間に樹脂配合物を積層することによって、すべての試料を調製した。約2mLの樹脂を下部フィルム上に分配し、上部に所望のフィルム厚に基づいてギャップ設定(10ミル〜12ミル)をしたギャップコーティングバーを適用した。FUSION UV SYSTEMS,INC(DRS−10/12 QNH)、500mJ/cm^2 UV硬化強度を使用して試料を硬化させた。
1.SR833及び光開始剤を一緒にブレンドする。
2.PHS−GMAをSR833と混合する。それを50℃で15分間加熱する。
3.QDを有するIBOAを混合物に添加する。
4.UV光下でフィルムを硬化させる。
透過型電子顕微鏡(TEM)は、QDがSR833リッチ樹脂に大きな凝集を有することを示し、これは、SR833との不十分な適合性を証明する。PHSでは、QDは、より良好な分散を有するが、それらは、PHSリッチ相(灰色領域はRuO4染色を有する試料中のPHSリッチ相に対応する)に閉じ込められ、または優先的に捕捉される。PHS−GMAでは、QDは、架橋樹脂マトリックス中に良好に分散され、PHS−GMAとSR833との間に相分離はない。
[1]実施例のための試料調製
2つのi成分PETバリアフィルムの間に樹脂配合物を積層することによって、すべての試料を調製した。約2mLの樹脂を下部フィルム上に分配し、上部に所望のフィルム厚に基づいてギャップ設定(10ミル〜12ミル)をしたギャップコーティングバーを適用した。別段の記載がない限り、UVA 800mJ/cm2を用いたFusion UV F300S硬化システムにおいて、試料を硬化させた。フィルム厚は、マイクロメーターで硬化させたフィルムを測定し、次いで、バリアフィルム厚を差し引くことによって決定した。光ルミネセンス量子収率(PLQY)、ピーク発光波長(PWL)、及び発光ピークの半値全幅(FWHM)を450nm励起LEDまたはHamamatsu C9920−02G積分球を用いたカスタム積分球で測定した。BLUスペクトル測定の場合、硬化させたフィルムを導光板と青色LEDベースのバックライトユニット(BLU)のプリズムフィルム/輝度強化フィルムとの間に置いた。BLUスペクトルは、GL Spectis分光放射計を使用して測定した。
Claims (6)
- 量子ドットを含むポリマー複合体であって、前記ポリマー複合体が、(a)量子ドットと、(b)少なくとも1つの容易に重合可能なビニル基、500〜20,000の分子量、及び少なくとも5個の炭素原子の少なくとも1つの連続した非環式ヒドロカルビル鎖を有する第1の化合物の重合単位と、(c)少なくとも2つの容易に重合可能なビニル基及び100〜750の分子量を有する第2の化合物の重合単位と、(d)イソボルニルアクリレート、3,5,5−トリメチルヘキシルアクリレート、ドデシルアクリレート、デシルアクリレート、トリデシルアクリレート、イソデシルアクリレート、L−メンチルアクリレート、トリシクロ[5.2.1.02,6]デシルメチルアクリレート、3,3,5−トリメチルシクロヘキシルメタクリレート、及び3,3,5−トリメチルシクロヘキシルメタクリレートからなる群から選択される第3の化合物の重合単位と、を含み、
前記第1の化合物が、グリシジルメタクリレートとのポリ(12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸)付加物、グリシジルメタクリレートとC12−C24脂肪族カルボン酸との付加物、C12−C24脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸のマレイン酸エステルまたはコハク酸エステル、グリシジルメタクリレートとC12−C24脂肪族ジオールとの付加物、ポリエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレートエステル、及びポリエチレングリコールとビス(グリシジルメタクリレート)との付加物からなる群から選択され、
前記第2の化合物が、トリシクロ[5.2.1.02,6]デカンジメタノールジアクリレート、ビスフェノールAジメタクリレート、2−ブチル−2−エチル−1,3−プロパンジオールジメタクリレート、1,10−ビス(アクリロイルオキシ)デカン、及び
- 前記第1の化合物が、1〜3つの容易に重合可能なビニル基及び500〜15,000の分子量を有する、請求項1に記載のポリマー複合体。
- 前記第1の化合物の分子量引く前記第2の化合物の分子量が、少なくとも300である、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー複合体。
- 0.5〜10重量%の前記第1の化合物の重合単位と、65〜92重量%の前記第2の化合物の重合単位と、5〜20重量%の前記第3の化合物の重合単位と、0.1〜5重量%の量子ドットと、を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー複合体。
- 前記第1の化合物が、1つまたは2つの容易に重合可能なビニル基及び800〜5,000の分子量を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー複合体。
- 前記第1の化合物が、グリシジルメタクリレートとのポリ(12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸)付加物であり、前記第2の化合物が、トリシクロ[5.2.1.02,6]デカンジメタノールジアクリレートであり、前記第3の化合物が、イソボルニルアクリレートである、請求項1に記載のポリマー複合体。
