Claims (9)
- n段(nは2以上の自然数)の希釈流路を備えた排ガスサンプリング装置であって、
第k段(kは1以上n以下の自然数)の希釈流路が、
排ガス又は第(k−1)段の希釈流路において希釈された希釈排ガスを取得する第kのサンプリング管と、
前記第kのサンプリング管により取得された排ガス又は希釈排ガスが希釈空気により希釈される第kの希釈器と、
第kの希釈器に流入する希釈空気の流量を制御する第kの希釈空気流量制御機構と、
第kの希釈器から流出する希釈排ガスの流量を制御する第kの希釈排ガス流量制御機構とを備え、
最終段である第n段の希釈空気流量制御機構により第nの希釈器に流入する希釈空気の流量に連動して、各段の希釈流路において各サンプリング管により取得される排ガス又は希釈排ガスの流量が制御されるように構成されていることを特徴とする排ガスサンプリング装置。 - 各段の希釈流路において各サンプリング管により取得される排ガス又は希釈排ガスの流量が全て実質的に同じ流量となるように制御される請求項1記載の排ガスサンプリング装置。
- 最終段である第n段の希釈流路における第nの希釈器での希釈率をRとした場合に、最終段である第n段以外の各希釈流路における各希釈器での希釈率がそれぞれ実質的に(R+1)となるように構成されている請求項1又は2記載の排ガスサンプリング装置。
- 最終段である第n段以外の各希釈流路において各希釈器に流入する希釈空気の流量と、全ての各希釈流路において各希釈器から各希釈排ガス流量制御機構を介して流出する希釈排ガスの流量がそれぞれ実質的に同じ流量となるように構成されている請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載の排ガスサンプリング装置。
- 最終段である第n段以外の各希釈流路において、各希釈器に流入する希釈空気の流量がそれぞれ実質的に同じ流量となるように各希釈空気流量制御機構が構成されている請求項1乃至4いずれかに記載の排ガスサンプリング装置。
- 最終段である第n段以外の各希釈流路において、各希釈器から各希釈排ガス流量制御機構を介して流出する希釈排ガスの流量がそれぞれ実質的に同じ流量となるように各希釈排ガス流量制御機構が構成されている請求項1乃至5いずれかに記載の排ガスサンプリング装置。
- 最終段である第n段の希釈流路が、第nの希釈器で希釈された後の希釈排ガスが通過するフィルタをさらに備えている請求項1乃至6いずれかに記載の排ガスサンプリング装置。
- 最終段である第n段以外の各希釈空気流量制御機構及び希釈排ガス流量制御機構が、臨界流量オリフィス又は臨界流量ベンチュリで構成されている請求項1乃至7いずれかに記載の排ガスサンプリング装置。
- 最終段である第n段の第nの希釈空気流量制御機構のみが、制御する流量を変更可能に構成されており、
最終段である第n段以外の各希釈空気流量制御機構と、全ての段の各希釈排ガス流量制御機構とが、制御する流量が1つの流量に固定されている請求項1乃至8いずれかに記載の排ガスサンプリング装置。
