Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態に係る複合材賦形装置は、棒状に積層されたプリプレグの積層体に、互いに異なる角度で圧力を負荷する3つのローラを備える。また、実施形態に係る複合材賦形方法は、棒状に積層されたプリプレグの積層体に、3つのローラを用いて互いに異なる角度で圧力を負荷するものである。

また、本発明の実施形態に係る複合材賦形方法は、棒状に積層されたプリプレグの積層体に、3つのローラを用いて互いに異なる角度で圧力を負荷するものである。
図1は本発明の実施形態に係る複合材賦形装置の正面図、図2は図1に示す複合材賦形装置の斜視図、図3は図1に示す複合材賦形装置による賦形対象となるヌードルフィラーの形状を示す斜視図である。

このため、複合材賦形装置1及び複合材賦形方法によれば、従来よりも簡易な構成かつ短時間で高品質なプリプレグの賦形を行うことができる。例えば、フィラーの形状に合わせた特殊な形状を有する2つのローラを用いて鉛直方向にのみ変位を付与することによってフィラーの賦形を行う従来の方法では十分な品質が得られず、真空圧で賦形する必要が生じる場合があった。これに対して、複合材賦形装置1及び複合材賦形方法によれば、3つのローラ2A、2B、2Cを用いて3方向からより均一に圧力を付与できるため十分な品質でフィラーを賦形することができる。このため、真空圧による賦形が不要となる。また、押出成形機等の大規模な装置も不要である。

Claims (9)
- 棒状に積層されたプリプレグの積層体に、互いに異なる角度で圧力を負荷する3つのローラを備える複合材賦形装置。
- 前記3つのローラは、
第1の軸を中心に回転する第1のローラと、
前記第1の軸に対して傾斜する第2の軸を中心に回転する第2のローラと、
前記第1の軸に垂直な面に関して前記第2の軸に対称となる第3の軸を中心に回転する第3のローラとで構成され、
2本の線対称な円弧と1本の直線で囲まれたヌードルフィラーの横断面形状に対応する空隙が前記第1、第2及び第3のローラの間に形成されるように前記第1、第2及び第3のローラを配置した請求項1記載の複合材賦形装置。 - 前記第1の軸に対する前記第2の軸の傾斜角度が45度以上60度以下となるように前記第1、第2及び第3のローラを配置した請求項2記載の複合材賦形装置。
- 前記第1の軸に対する前記第2の軸の傾斜角度が10度以上40度以下となるように前記第1、第2及び第3のローラを配置した請求項2記載の複合材賦形装置。
- 前記第1の軸に対する前記第2の軸の傾斜角度を変えるための傾斜角度調節機構を更に備える請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材賦形装置。
- 前記3つのローラは、それぞれ無給油ブッシュを軸受けとして回転するように構成される請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の複合材賦形装置。
- 前記3つのローラの少なくとも1つの表面層は、ナイロン6,6又はポリテトラフルオロエチレンを素材として構成される請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の複合材賦形装置。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の複合材賦形装置を用いて前記積層体の賦形を行う複合材賦形方法。
- 棒状に積層されたプリプレグの積層体に、3つのローラを用いて互いに異なる角度で圧力を負荷する複合材賦形方法。
