Abstract
Description
この結果、この発明の第二実施形態の金属製品は、透明蓄光性材料の蓄光材粉末が10%、樹脂が90%で、下地材の厚みが15μmの時の性能が最も良好であることがわかった。

Claims (9)
- 蓄光材を細かくした蓄光材粉末と、フェノール類の樹脂と、硬化剤が混合されて設けられ、任意の金属基材の表面に塗布されて、明るい時は透明で前記金属基材の表面が透視され暗い時は発光することを特徴とする透明蓄光性材料。
- 前記蓄光材粉末の平均粒径は、10〜20μmであり、前記樹脂は、変性ビスフェノールであり、前記硬化剤は、脂肪族ポリアミンである請求項1記載の透明蓄光性材料。
- 前記透明蓄光性材料の、前記蓄光材粉末と前記樹脂、前記硬化剤の質量比は、前記蓄光材粉末が15〜25%、前記樹脂が50〜70%、前記硬化剤が15〜25%である請求項1記載の透明蓄光性材料。
- 蓄光材を細かくした蓄光材粉末と、熱硬化特性を有する樹脂が混合されて設けられ、任意の金属基材の表面に透明な下地材を介して塗布されて、明るい時は透明で前記金属基材の表面が透視され暗い時は発光することを特徴とする透明蓄光性材料。
- 前記蓄光材粉末の平均粒径は、1〜10μmであり、前記下地材は熱硬化特性を有する樹脂であり前記金属基材に塗布する厚みは10〜20μmである請求項4記載の透明蓄光性材料。
- 前記透明蓄光性材料の、前記蓄光材粉末と前記樹脂の質量比は、前記蓄光材粉末が5〜15%、前記樹脂が85〜95%である請求項4記載の透明蓄光性材料。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか記載の透明蓄光材料が金属基材の表面に塗布され、明るい時は透明で前記金属基材の表面が透視され、暗い時は前記透明蓄光性材料が発光することを特徴とする金属製品。
- 前記金属製品は、鋳物であり、前記透明蓄光性材料は、蓄光材を細かくした蓄光材粉末と、フェノール類の樹脂と、硬化剤が混合されて設けられている請求項7記載の金属製品。
- 前記金属製品は、表面が鏡面に仕上げられたものであり、前記透明蓄光性材料は、蓄光材を細かくした蓄光材粉末と、熱硬化特性を有する樹脂が混合されて設けられ、前記透明蓄光性材料と前記金属基材の前記表面の間には下地材が設けられている請求項7記載の金属製品。
