Abstract
【解決手段】軸受シェル100はプラスチクポリマーベースの混合物からなるオーバーレイ層106を頑強なバッキング層102を構成する鉄製の基材上に備える。オーバーレイ層106の中に抵抗温度検知素子からなる抵抗器108を埋め込む。電気部品を監視する監視モジュールが備えられており、監視モジュールによって測定した電気抵抗や電気容量などの値によって、滑り軸受の滑り面の摩耗の度合いを検知することができる。さらに、摩耗の度合いに応じて警報を出し、エンジンの動作を停止させることができる。

Description
38.軸受100はプラスチックポリマーベースの混合物からなるオーバーレイ層106を、頑強なバッキング層102を構成する鉄製の基材上に備える。基材は選択的に追加層104をバッキング層102とオーバーレイ層106との間に設けることもできる。抵抗器108を(電気部品の例示として)混合物からなるオーバーレイ層106の中に埋め込むことができる。
Claims (26)
- 金属製基材と、
前記金属製基材上の第1電気絶縁層と、
前記第1電気絶縁層上の電気部品と、を備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1において、
前記電気部品は軸受シェル上を少なくとも部分的に円周に沿って延びていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項2において、
前記電気部品は抵抗器を備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項3において、
前記抵抗器は抵抗温度検出器であり、
選択的にプラチナ、ニッケル、又は銅からなる電気要素を備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項3において、
前記電気部品は熱電対を備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記電気部品は導通監視要素であることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記電気部品は前記第1電気絶縁層上に誘電物質を備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記電気部品はコンデンサを備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記電気部品は圧力センサ又は歪みセンサを備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記電気部品は前記第1電気絶縁層上に半導体物質を備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記電気部品はトランジスタを備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項11において、
前記トランジスタは半導体層内にソース電極とドレイン電極とを備え、
前記ソース電極と前記ドレイン電極との間の活性領域上にゲート電極を備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか1つにおいて、
複数の電気部品が軸受シェルの軸方向に間隔を空けて設けられていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記電気部品は互いに電気的に絶縁された複数の導電パッドを第1電気絶縁層と第2電気絶縁層との間に備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項14において、
前記互いに電気的に絶縁された複数の導電パッドは厚さの異なる少なくとも2つのパッドを備え、
前記パッドは、それぞれの近くの第2電気絶縁層が異なる高さ分だけ摩耗した後に露出するように構成されていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項14において、
前記互いに電気的に絶縁された複数の導電パッドは厚さの等しい少なくとも2つのパッドを備え、
前記パッドは、前記パッドそれぞれの近くの第2電気絶縁層が実質的に等しい高さ分だけ摩耗した後に露出するように構成されていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜16のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記電気部品と導通しているRFIDタグを備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜17のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記第1電気絶縁層の上に第2電気絶縁層を備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜18のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記電気部品と前記電気絶縁層との間に固着促進剤が設けられていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜19のいずれか1つにおいて、
軸受シェル、スラストワッシャー、軸受ブッシュ、又は軸受シェルフランジを備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1〜20のいずれか1つに記載された滑り軸受と、
前記電気部品を監視し前記電気部品の測定結果と対応してアラームを発するか及び/又は滑り軸受が格納されているエンジンの作動を停止状態にする監視モジュールと、を備えることを特徴とする滑り軸受監視システム。 - 金属製基材と、
前記金属製基材上の第1電気絶縁層と、
前記第1電気絶縁層上の電気部品と、を備える滑り軸受の製造方法であって、
前記金属基材上の前記第1電気絶縁層と第1導電層との上に前記電気部品を配置することを特徴とする滑り軸受の製造方法。 - 請求項22において、
前記電気部品は印刷によって配置されることを特徴とする滑り軸受の製造方法。 - 請求項22又は23のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記電気部品はフレキシブル電子挿入体を第1電気絶縁層上に固着させることによって配置されていることを特徴とする滑り軸受の製造方法。 - 添付図面によって実質的に記述されている滑り軸受。
