Claims (3)
- ダブルノズル型ポジショナであって、
フラッパー(1);
前記フラッパー(1)を中心として、両側に配置されている第1ノズル(2)および第2ノズル(3);
前記第1ノズル(2)に連結した第1パイロットバルブ(6);
前記第2ノズル(3)に連結した第2パイロットバルブ(7);
前記第1ノズル(2)と前記第1パイロットバルブ(6)、および前記第2ノズル(3)および前記第2パイロットバルブ(7)に定圧を供給する定圧源;
前記定圧源から前記第1ノズル(2)と前記第1パイロットバルブ(6)に提供される圧力を定圧に維持するための第1オリフィス(4);および
前記定圧源から前記第2ノズル(3)および前記第2パイロットバルブ(7)に提供される圧力を定圧に維持するための第2オリフィス(5);
を含み、
前記第1パイロットバルブ(6)の入力部は、供給圧力に連結されており、前記第1パイロットバルブ(6)は、前記定圧源から供給される空圧により、前記第1パイロットバルブ(6)の入力部から供給された圧力を前記第1パイロットバルブ(6)の出力部に伝えるように構成されており、
前記第1パイロットバルブ(6)の出力部は、前記第2パイロットバルブ(7)の入力部に連結されており、
前記第2パイロットバルブ(7)は、前記定圧源から供給される空圧により、前記第2パイロットバルブ(7)の入力部に供給された圧力を前記第2パイロットバルブ(7)の出力部に伝えるように構成されており、前記第2パイロットバルブ(7)の出力部は、排出口(8)に連結されており、
前記第1パイロットバルブ(6)の出力部と前記第2パイロットバルブ(7)の入力部の接点は、アクチュエータ(9)に連結されており、
前記フラッパー1の移動により前記第1ノズル(2)が開放されると、前記第2ノズル(3)が閉鎖され、前記第1ノズル(2)が閉鎖されると、前記第2ノズル(3)が開放されることを特徴とするダブルノズル型ポジショナ。 - 前記フラッパー(1)の移動は、単一制御電流により制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダブルノズル型ポジショナ。
- 前記フラッパー(1)は、上記単一制御電流の極性に応じて反対方向に移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のダブルノズル型ポジショナ。
