本发明属于流体控制阀技术领域,具体涉及一种组合式多工位球阀。本发明主要解决了现有控制阀存在的流体回路控制复杂、易出现操作失误和资源浪费的技术问题。本发明采用的技术方案为:一种组合式多工位球阀,包括阀体、球体阀芯密封件、阀杆、阀杆密封件、阀盖、闷盖、阀盖密封件、驱动装置和螺钉,其中:它还包括至少两个不同流道型式的球体阀芯和中间阀杆。本发明主要用于多路流体的通断组合控制,可用于水处理、工业水循环、农业、化工、医药、食品等行业,具有一阀多控、操作简单和节省空间等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于流体控制阀技术领域,具体涉及一种组合式多工位球阀。
背景技术
球阀是一种由阀杆带动并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门,用于流体的调节与控制。现有技术的流体系统中通断控制一般都是一个控制阀控制一路流体的通断,并由电控、气控或手动驱动多个控制阀实现多个流体回路的通断控制,从而完成多个组合的控制,因此,现有的控制阀存在流体回路控制复杂、易出现操作失误和资源浪费的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有控制阀存在的流体回路控制复杂、易出现操作失误和资源浪费的技术问题,提供一种组合式多工位球阀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种组合式多工位球阀,包括阀体、球体阀芯密封件、阀杆、阀杆密封件、阀盖、闷盖、阀盖密封件、驱动装置和螺钉,其中:它还包括至少两个不同流道型式的球体阀芯和中间阀杆,所述阀体上设有至少两个四通腔体且四通腔体之间设有通孔,球体阀芯装在阀体的四通腔体内,球体阀芯密封件装在球体阀芯与阀盖和闷盖之间且位于球体阀芯的流道口上,球体阀芯之间通过中间阀杆连接且使中间阀杆位于四通腔体之间设置的通孔内,中间阀杆的中部装有阀杆密封件,阀盖密封装在阀盖和闷盖上,阀盖和闷盖通过螺钉装在阀体外表面上,阀杆装在阀体的上端且其下端与装在阀体第一个四通腔体内的球体阀芯的上端相连接,驱动装置与阀杆的上端连接。
所述阀体为由2~9个四通腔体构成的长方形阀体。
所述不同流道型式的球体阀芯的流道型式为L型、T型或X型。
所述驱动装置为手动驱动装置、电动驱动装置、气动驱动装置或液动驱动装置中的任意一种。
本发明采用以上技术方案,用组合式多工位球阀代替多个控制阀控制多路流体通断,并形成不同的通断组合,简化了流体回路的控制复杂程度,特别是在手动控制阀控制的流体回路里,能形成一定的连锁操作,避免了人为手动操作时的失误,且减少了资源浪费。与背景技术相比,本发明具有一阀多控、操作简单和节省空间等优点。
本发明主要用于多路流体的通断组合控制,可用于水处理、工业水循环、农业、化工、医药、食品等行业。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例中的一种组合式多工位球阀,包括阀体1、球体阀芯密封件3、阀杆4、阀杆密封件6、阀盖7、闷盖8、阀盖密封件9、手动驱动装置10和螺钉11,其中:它还包括三个流道型式为L型、T型和X型的球体阀芯2和中间阀杆5,所述阀体1上设有三个四通腔体且四通腔体之间设有通孔12,X型流道型式的球体阀芯2装在阀体1的第一个四通腔体内,T型流道型式的球体阀芯2装在阀体1的第二个四通腔体内,L型流道型式的球体阀芯2装在阀体1的第三个四通腔体内,球体阀芯密封件3装在球体阀芯2与阀盖7和闷盖8之间且位于三个球体阀芯2的流道口上,三个球体阀芯2之间通过中间阀杆5连接且使中间阀杆5位于四通腔体之间设置的通孔12内,中间阀杆5的中部装有阀杆密封件6,阀盖密封9装在阀盖7和闷盖8上,阀盖7和闷盖8通过螺钉11装在阀体1对应四通腔体的外表面上,阀盖7上设有外接流体的接口,阀杆4装在阀体1的上端且其下端与装在阀体1第一个四通腔体内的球体阀芯2的上端相连接,手动驱动装置10与阀杆4的上端连接。
上述的阀体1还可以为由2~9个四通腔体构成的长方形阀体。
上述球体阀芯2的流道型式为L型、T型或X型且可按照不同工作要求进行任意组合。
上述手动驱动装置10还可以用电动驱动装置、气动驱动装置或液动驱动装置中的任意一种代替。
本发明的工作过程为:
驱动装置10旋转0°、90°、180°、270°四个工位,驱动阀杆4旋转0°、90°、180°、270°四个工位,由阀杆4驱动装在阀体1内的第一个球体阀芯2,第一个球体阀芯2又驱动中间阀杆5,中间阀杆5驱动装在阀体1第二个球体阀芯2,以此类推。当驱动装置10旋转时,带动阀体1内的全部球体阀芯2沿共同的轴线旋转,从而改变球体阀芯2流道口对应阀盖7和闷盖8的配对状态,每个球体阀芯2控制一个流体回路;改变阀盖7和闷盖8的不同安装位置或改变球体阀芯2的安装角度(0°或90°),对应一个工位可产生多种通断组合;组合式多工位球阀组装完成,可形成固定的四组工位组合。

Claims (4)

1.一种组合式多工位球阀,包括阀体(1)、球体阀芯密封件(3)、阀杆(4)、阀杆密封件(6)、阀盖(7)、闷盖(8)、阀盖密封件(9)、驱动装置(10)和螺钉(11),其特征在于:它还包括至少两个不同流道型式的球体阀芯(2)和中间阀杆(5),所述阀体(1)上设有至少两个四通腔体且四通腔体之间设有通孔(12),球体阀芯(2)装在阀体(1)的四通腔体内,球体阀芯密封件(3)装在球体阀芯(2)与阀盖(7)和闷盖(8)之间且位于球体阀芯(2)的流道口上,球体阀芯(2)之间通过中间阀杆(5)连接且使中间阀杆(5)位于四通腔体之间设置的通孔(12)内,中间阀杆(5)的中部装有阀杆密封件(6),阀盖密封(9)装在阀盖(7)和闷盖(8)上,阀盖(7)和闷盖(8)通过螺钉(11)装在阀体(1)外表面上,阀杆(4)装在阀体(1)的上端且其下端与装在阀体(1)第一个四通腔体内的球体阀芯(2)的上端相连接,驱动装置(10)与阀杆(4)的上端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式多工位球阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)为由2~9个四通腔体构成的长方形阀体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式多工位球阀,其特征在于:所述不同流道型式的球体阀芯(2)的流道型式为L型、T型或X型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式多工位球阀,其特征在于:所述驱动装置(10)为手动驱动装置、电动驱动装置、气动驱动装置或液动驱动装置中的任意一种。
