Abstract
Description
(1) カテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
多孔質基材及び前記多孔質基材の外面の一部分上における複数の表面電極を有する遠位電極部材であって、前記多孔質基材が伝導性流体を受容するように適合された内部チャンバを有する、遠位電極部材と、
複数のリードワイヤであって、各々が対応する表面電極に接続される、複数のリードワイヤと、
前記内部チャンバ内に延在する遠位部分を有するリードワイヤであって、前記チャンバ内の前記伝導性流体を帯電させるように適合された、リードワイヤと、を備え、
前記多孔質基材が、前記チャンバから前記多孔質基材の前記外面に前記伝導性流体を通すように適合される、カテーテル。
(2) 前記多孔質基材が、MRI適合性材料を含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(3) 前記表面電極が、MRI適合性材料を含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(4) 前記多孔質基材が、セラミック材料、ポリエチレン、及びテフロンからなる群からの少なくとも1つの材料を含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(5) 前記カテーテル本体と前記遠位電極との間に中間偏向区画を更に備える、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(7) 各表面電極が、0.2mm2〜2.0mm2の範囲の表面積を有する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(8) 前記チャンバ内の前記リードワイヤの前記遠位部分が、非線形である、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(9) 前記複数の表面電極が、約1〜20個の範囲である、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(10) 前記複数の表面電極が、突出構成で成形される、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。

多孔質基材及び複数の表面電極を有する遠位電極部材であって、前記多孔質基材が少なくとも一対の表面電極間にかかる少なくとも1つの露出面領域を有し、前記多孔質基材が伝導性流体を受容するように適合された内部チャンバを有する、遠位電極部材と、
複数のリードワイヤであって、各々が対応する表面電極に接続される、複数のリードワイヤと、
前記内部チャンバ内に延在する遠位部分を有するリードワイヤであって、前記チャンバ内の前記伝導性流体を帯電させるように適合された、リードワイヤと、を備え、
前記多孔質基材が、前記チャンバから前記少なくとも1つの露出面領域に前記伝導性流体を通すように適合される、カテーテル。
(12) 前記多孔質基材が、MRI適合性材料を含む、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(13) 前記表面電極が、MRI適合性材料を含む、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(14) 前記多孔質基材が、セラミック材料を含む、実施態様12に記載のカテーテル。
(15) 前記カテーテル本体と前記遠位電極部材との間に中間偏向区画を更に備える、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(17) 前記チャンバ内の前記リードワイヤの前記遠位部分が、渦巻状である、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(18) 前記複数の表面電極が、約6〜12個の範囲である、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(19) 前記多孔質基材の近位端にプラグ部材を更に備える、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(20) カテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の遠位の中間偏向区画と、
多孔質基材及び複数の表面電極を有する遠位電極部材であって、前記多孔質基材が少なくとも一対の表面電極間にかかる少なくとも1つの露出面領域を有し、前記多孔質基材が伝導性流体を受容するように適合された内部チャンバを有する、遠位電極部材と、
複数のリードワイヤであって、各々が対応する表面電極に接続される、複数のリードワイヤと、
前記伝導性流体を前記チャンバ内に通すように適合された灌注用管材と、
前記内部チャンバ内に延在する遠位部分を有するリードワイヤであって、前記チャンバ内の前記伝導性流体を帯電させるように適合された、リードワイヤと、を備え、
前記多孔質基材が、前記チャンバから前記少なくとも1つの露出面領域に前記伝導性流体を通すように適合される、カテーテル。
Claims (20)
- カテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
多孔質基材及び前記多孔質基材の外面の一部分上における複数の表面電極を有する遠位電極部材であって、前記多孔質基材が伝導性流体を受容するように適合された内部チャンバを有する、遠位電極部材と、
複数のリードワイヤであって、各々が対応する表面電極に接続される、複数のリードワイヤと、
前記内部チャンバ内に延在する遠位部分を有するリードワイヤであって、前記チャンバ内の前記伝導性流体を帯電させるように適合された、リードワイヤと、を備え、
前記多孔質基材が、前記チャンバから前記多孔質基材の前記外面に前記伝導性流体を通すように適合される、カテーテル。 - 前記多孔質基材が、MRI適合性材料を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記表面電極が、MRI適合性材料を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記多孔質基材が、セラミック材料、ポリエチレン、及びテフロンからなる群からの少なくとも1つの材料を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテル本体と前記遠位電極との間に中間偏向区画を更に備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記伝導性流体を前記チャンバに送達するように適合された灌注用管材を更に備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
