Description
(1) 電気生理学的カテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の遠位側に位置する偏向部分と、
遠位電極部分であって、
外側表面を有するほぼ円筒状の中空ハウジング本体を有するハウジングであって、前記ハウジング本体が、管腔及び前記管腔内へのアクセスを可能にする側壁の開口部を画定している、ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング本体の前記外側表面上に支持される第1の部分と、前記ハウジング本体の前記開口部を通って前記管腔内に延びる第2の部分とを有するフレックス回路と、を有する、遠位電極部分と、
前記カテーテル本体の近位側に位置する制御ハンドルと、を有する、電気生理学的カテーテル。
(2) 前記ハウジング本体が、マイクロ射出成形された構造を有する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(3) 前記フレックス回路が、第1の磁界検知コイルトレースと、前記第1の磁界検知コイルにほぼ垂直な第2の磁界検知コイルトレースとを有する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(4) 前記第1及び第2の磁界検知コイルトレースが、前記カテーテル本体及び前記偏向部分を通じて延びる1つ又は2つ以上のケーブルに電気的に接続されている、実施態様3に記載のカテーテル。
(5) 前記遠位電極部分が、前記ハウジング本体の周囲に巻かれる磁界検知コイルワイヤを含み、第3の磁界検知コイルワイヤが、前記第1及び第2の磁界検知コイルトレースにほぼ垂直である、実施態様4に記載のカテーテル。
(7) 遠位電極アセンブリが、前記ハウジング本体の前記外側表面上のリング電極及びリングスペーサを含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(8) 前記ハウジング本体がその近位端に隆起部を有し、前記リング電極が前記隆起部に当接し、前記リングスペーサが前記リング電極に当接する、実施態様7に記載のカテーテル。
(9) 前記ハウジング本体がその近位端に隆起部を有し、前記リングスペーサが前記隆起部に当接し、前記リング電極が前記リングスペーサに当接する、実施態様7に記載のカテーテル。
(10) 前記遠位電極部分が、前記ハウジング本体の遠位端に取り付けられた力センサを更に備える、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(12) 前記力センサが、軸上ステムと、前記ステムにほぼ垂直な環状リングとを有し、前記歪みゲージが前記ステムと前記環状リングとの間に延びる、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(13) 前記遠位電極部分が、前記ハウジング本体の遠位側に位置する先端電極を含み、前記先端電極が、シェル部分、プラグ部分、及び流体を受容するように構成された内部チャンバを有する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(14) 前記カテーテルが、前記カテーテル本体及び前記偏向を通じて前記遠位電極部分内へと延びる流体チューブを含み、前記流体チューブは、前記先端電極の前記内部チャンバ内に流体を通過させるように構成された遠位端を有する、実施態様13に記載のカテーテル。
(15) 前記ハウジング本体内に固定されたU字屈曲部分を有するプラー引張部材を更に備える、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(17) 前記ハウジング本体は、前記プラー引張部材が中を通って延びる2つの通孔を有する、実施態様15に記載のカテーテル。
(18) 前記ハウジング本体は、前記プラー引張部材の前記U字屈曲部分が中に置かれる凹部を有する、実施態様15に記載のカテーテル。
(19) 前記ハウジング本体上にある前記凹部が、前記管腔の遠位開口部に沿った円弧状である、実施態様18に記載のカテーテル。
(20) 前記ハウジング本体が、より小さい外径を有する遠位部分とより大きい直径を有する近位部分との間の段を有し、前記フレックス回路の前記第1の部分が前記ハウジング本体の前記遠位部分上に支持されている、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
Claims (19)
- 電気生理学的カテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の遠位側に位置する偏向部分と、
遠位電極部分であって、
外側表面を有するほぼ円筒状の中空ハウジング本体を有するハウジングであって、前記中空ハウジング本体が、管腔及び前記管腔内へのアクセスを可能にする側壁の開口部を画定している、ハウジングと、
前記中空ハウジング本体の前記外側表面上に支持される第1の部分と、前記中空ハウジング本体の前記開口部を通って前記管腔内に延びる第2の部分とを有するフレックス回路と、を有する、遠位電極部分と、
前記カテーテル本体の近位側に位置する制御ハンドルと、を有し、
前記フレックス回路が、第1の磁界検知コイルトレースと、前記第1の磁界検知コイルトレースにほぼ垂直な第2の磁界検知コイルトレースとを有する、電気生理学的カテーテル。 - 前記第1の磁界検知コイルトレース及び前記第2の磁界検知コイルトレースが、前記カテーテル本体及び前記偏向部分を通じて延びる1つ又は2つ以上のケーブルに電気的に接続されている、請求項1に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記遠位電極部分が、前記中空ハウジング本体の周囲に巻かれる第3の磁界検知コイルワイヤを含み、前記第3の磁界検知コイルワイヤが、前記第1の磁界検知コイルトレース及び前記第2の磁界検知コイルトレースにほぼ垂直である、請求項2に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記中空ハウジング本体の前記外側表面が周方向凹部を有し、前記第3の磁界検知コイルワイヤが前記周方向凹部内に配置されている、請求項3に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記遠位電極部分が、前記中空ハウジング本体の前記外側表面上のリング電極及びリングスペーサを含む、請求項1に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記中空ハウジング本体がその近位端に隆起部を有し、前記リング電極が前記隆起部に当接し、前記リングスペーサが前記リング電極に当接する、請求項5に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記中空ハウジング本体がその近位端に隆起部を有し、前記リングスペーサが前記隆起部に当接し、前記リング電極が前記リングスペーサに当接する、請求項5に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記遠位電極部分が、前記中空ハウジング本体の遠位端に取り付けられた力センサを更に備える、請求項1に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記力センサが、前記フレックス回路に電気的に接続された複数の歪みゲージを有する、請求項8に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記力センサが、軸上ステムと、前記軸上ステムにほぼ垂直な環状リングとを有し、前記歪みゲージが前記軸上ステムと前記環状リングとの間に延びる、請求項9に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記遠位電極部分が、前記中空ハウジング本体の遠位側に位置する先端電極を含み、前記先端電極が、シェル部分、プラグ部分、及び流体を受容するように構成された内部チャンバを有する、請求項1に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記電気生理学的カテーテルが、前記カテーテル本体及び前記偏向部分を通じて前記遠位電極部分内へと延びる流体チューブを含み、前記流体チューブは、前記先端電極の前記内部チャンバ内に前記流体を通過させるように構成された遠位端を有する、請求項11に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記中空ハウジング本体内に固定されたU字屈曲部分を有するプラー引張部材を更に備える、請求項1に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記中空ハウジング本体は、前記プラー引張部材が中を通って延びる通孔を有する、請求項13に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記中空ハウジング本体は、前記プラー引張部材が中を通って延びる2つの通孔を有する、請求項13に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記中空ハウジング本体は、前記プラー引張部材の前記U字屈曲部分が中に置かれる凹部を有する、請求項13に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 前記中空ハウジング本体上にある前記凹部が、前記管腔の遠位開口部に沿った円弧状である、請求項16に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
- 電気生理学的カテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の遠位側に位置する偏向部分と、
遠位電極部分であって、

前記中空ハウジング本体の前記外側表面上に支持される第1の部分と、前記中空ハウジング本体の前記開口部を通って前記管腔内に延びる第2の部分とを有するフレックス回路と、を有する、遠位電極部分と、
前記カテーテル本体の近位側に位置する制御ハンドルと、を有し、
前記中空ハウジング本体が、より小さい外径を有する遠位部分とより大きい直径を有する近位部分との間の段を有し、前記フレックス回路の前記第1の部分が前記中空ハウジング本体の前記遠位部分上に支持されている、電気生理学的カテーテル。 - 磁界検知コイルワイヤが、前記中空ハウジング本体の前記近位部分に巻かれている、請求項18に記載の電気生理学的カテーテル。
