Claims (4)
- 筒状のハウジングと、ロータアセンブリと、カバーと、冷却ファンとを備えたモータの放熱構造であって、
前記ハウジングの前端は、封止面に成形され、前記封止面の中央部には、軸受が配設され、前記封止面には、複数の貫通孔が形成され、前記ハウジングの後端には、開口が形成され、前記ハウジングの周壁面には、少なくとも1つの通風口が完全に貫通されて形成され、
前記ロータアセンブリは、前記ハウジング中に回転可能に取付けられ、
前記カバーは、中央部に配設された前記軸受を有し、前記ハウジングの前記開口を封止し、
前記冷却ファンは、前記ロータアセンブリの回転軸に取り付けられ、前記カバーの外側に位置し、
前記カバーは、複数の隆起した導風カバーを有し、前記導風カバーは、前記ハウジングに形成された前記通風口の上方に位置し、前記導風カバーの導風口を介し、前記冷却ファンが発生させた空気流が前記モータの前記ハウジング内へ誘引され、前記モータの前記ハウジング内に熱が溜まることを防ぎ、前記モータが最高出力パワーで運転可能であり、前記モータの運転効率が高まり、前記モータの使用寿命が延びることを特徴とするモータの放熱構造。 - 前記カバーの周壁面には、前記複数の導風カバーが設けられ、
前記導風カバーは、頂板を有し、前記頂板の2つの側縁には、前記カバーに一体に設けた側板がそれぞれ延設され、前記2つの側板と、前記頂板と、前記カバーの周壁面と、により導風口が画成され、
前記ハウジングと前記カバーとが結合されると、前記ハウジングの前記通風口の上方に前記導風カバーが位置し、前記導風カバーの前記導風口を介し、前記冷却ファンの回転により発生した空気流を直接誘引することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータの放熱構造。 - 前記ハウジングの外表面には、導磁性を有する金属材料からなるリング状スリーブが嵌合され、前記モータの効率が高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータの放熱構造。
- 前記2つの隆起した前記導風カバー間には、前後が貫通されて抵抗なく流れ込みやすいように凹溝が形成され、前記ハウジング内に進入しない空気流が前記凹溝を介して前記ハウジングの外表面に吹きつけられ、前記ハウジングの放熱を外部から行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータの放熱構造。
