Claims (10)

映像信号を受信し、複数のデータ出力信号を出力するデータ駆動部と、
アナログセンス信号を受信し、デジタルセンス信号を出力する電圧ADCと、
スイッチング信号に応答して複数のデータ線を前記データ駆動部に接続したり複数のデータ線を前記電圧ADCに接続したりするデータスイッチング部と、
原映像データ及び前記デジタルセンス信号を受信し、前記デジタルセンス信号に基づいて原映像データを映像信号に加工して前記データ駆動部に提供し、前記データスイッチング部にスイッチング信号を提供する制御部と、を含み、
a)第1初期化区間において、前記データスイッチング部は前記複数のデータ線を前記データ駆動部に接続し、前記データ駆動部は接続されたデータ線に初期化電圧を印加し、

第2トランジスタのドレイン端子は第1トランジスタのゲート端子に接続されたノードに接続され、第2トランジスタのソース端子は少なくとも一つのデータ線に接続され、第2トランジスタのゲート端子は少なくとも一つの走査線に接続され、
第3トランジスタのソース端子は第1トランジスタのドレイン端子に接続されたノードに接続され、第3トランジスタのドレイン端子は少なくとも一つのデータ線に接続され、第3トランジスタのゲート端子にはセンシング電圧が接続され、
第4トランジスタのドレイン端子は第1トランジスタのソース端子に接続されたノードに接続され、第4トランジスタのソース端子は第1電源電圧源に接続され、第4トランジスタのゲート端子はエミッション電圧に接続され、
第5トランジスタのソース端子は維持電圧に接続され、第5トランジスタのドレイン端子は第1トランジスタのソース端子に接続されたノードに接続され、第5トランジスタのゲート端子は少なくとも一つの走査線に接続される請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記複数のピクセルのうち少なくとも一つのピクセルは、第6トランジスタをさらに含み、
前記第6トランジスタのソース端子は第1トランジスタのソース端子に接続されたノードに接続され、第6トランジスタのドレイン端子は第1トランジスタのゲート端子に接続されたノードに接続され、第6トランジスタのゲート端子はバイアス電圧に接続される請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記複数のピクセルのうち少なくとも一つのピクセルは、第1トランジスタのソース端子に接続されたノードと第1トランジスタのゲート端子に接続されたノードとの間に両端が接続される維持電極をさらに含む請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- e)第3初期化区間において、前記データスイッチング部は、前記複数のデータ線を前記データ駆動部に接続し、前記データ駆動部は接続されたデータ線に初期化電圧を印加し、
f)第3センシング区間において、少なくとも一つのピクセルは少なくとも一つのデータ線に第3電圧を充電させ、前記データスイッチング部は前記電圧ADCを前記複数のデータ線に接続し、前記電圧ADCは接続されたデータ線からアナログセンス信号として第3電圧を受信し、第3電圧に相応するアナログセンス信号をデジタルセンス信号に変換して前記制御部に出力し、
g)第4初期化区間において、前記データスイッチング部は前記複数のデータ線を前記データ駆動部に接続し、前記データ駆動部は接続されたデータ線に初期化電圧を印加し、
h)第4センシング区間において、前記データ線に印加される電圧は初期化電圧から第4電圧に変動し、前記データスイッチング部は前記電圧ADCを前記複数のデータ線に接続し、前記電圧ADCは接続されたデータ線から第4電圧を受信し、第4電圧に相応するアナログセンス信号をデジタルセンス信号に変換して前記制御部に出力する請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1初期化区間、第1センシング区間、第2初期化区間、第2センシング区間、第3初期化区間、第3センシング区間、第4初期化区間及び第4センシング区間は一つのフレームの映像が表示される期間内に位置する請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1センシング区間及び第2センシング区間の区間長さは同じであり、第3センシング区間及び第4センシング区間の長さは同じである請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。
