Abstract
【解決手段】排気タービン過給機12と、電動発電機32と、蓄電部35と、エンジン回転起動装置24と、インジェクタ18と、電動発電機32とエンジン回転起動装置24とインジェクタ18を制御する制御装置38とを設け、制御装置38は、エンジン回転起動開始信号102が入力されると共に排気タービン過給機2の回転数がエンジン回転起動開始回転数に到達するとエンジン回転起動装置24の駆動を開始し、エンジン回転数が燃料供給開始回転数に到達するとインジェクタ18の駆動を開始する。

図1は、第1実施形態の内燃機関の起動装置を表す概略構成図である。
図4は、第2実施形態の内燃機関の起動方法を表すフローチャート、図5は、内燃機関の起動方法を表すタイムフローチャートである。なお、本実施形態の内燃機関の起動装置の基本的な構成は、上述した第1実施形態とほぼ同様の構成であり、図1を用いて説明すると共に、上述した第1実施形態と同様の機能を有する部材には、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
図6は、第3実施形態の内燃機関の起動方法を表すフローチャート、図7は、内燃機関の起動方法を表すタイムフローチャートである。なお、本実施形態の内燃機関の起動装置の基本的な構成は、上述した第1実施形態とほぼ同様の構成であり、図1を用いて説明すると共に、上述した第1実施形態と同様の機能を有する部材には、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (7)
- 内燃機関に燃焼用気体を供給する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機を駆動する電動機と、
燃料を供給せずに前記内燃機関を駆動させる内燃機関回転起動装置と
前記内燃機関に燃料を供給する燃料供給装置と、
前記電動機と前記内燃機関回転起動装置と前記燃料供給装置を駆動制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記圧縮機の回転数が予め設定された内燃機関回転起動開始回転数に到達すると前記内燃機関回転起動装置を駆動し、
前記内燃機関の回転数が予め設定された燃料供給開始回転数に到達すると前記燃料供給装置の駆動を開始する、
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の起動装置。 - 前記電動機に電力を供給する蓄電部が設けられ、前記蓄電部は、外部の電源装置からの電力を受けて蓄電するものであり、前記制御装置は、前記蓄電部への蓄電を開始して前記蓄電部の電圧を予め設定された待機電圧に到達した後に、前記圧縮機の駆動を開始し、前記圧縮機の回転数が前記内燃機関回転起動開始回転数に到達すると、前記内燃機関回転起動装置の駆動を開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の起動装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記蓄電部の電圧が前記待機電圧に到達すると、前記蓄電部の電力により前記電動機の駆動を開始して前記圧縮機の回転数を前記内燃機関回転起動開始回転数とした後、前記圧縮機の回転数を前記内燃機関回転起動開始回転数に維持し、内燃機関回転起動信号が前記制御装置に入力された場合、前記内燃機関回転起動装置の駆動を開始することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の起動装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記蓄電部の電圧が前記待機電圧に到達し、内燃機関回転起動信号が前記制御装置に入力された場合、前記蓄電部の電力により前記電動機の駆動を開始し、前記圧縮機の回転数が前記内燃機関回転起動開始回転数に到達すると、前記内燃機関回転起動装置の駆動を開始することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の起動装置。
- 蓄電部の蓄電を開始する工程と、
前記蓄電部の電圧が予め設定された待機電圧に到達した後に前記蓄電部の電力により電動機を駆動して圧縮機を駆動する工程と、
前記圧縮機の回転数が予め設定された内燃機関回転起動開始回転数に到達すると燃料を供給せずに内燃機関を回転起動する工程と、
前記内燃機関の回転数が予め設定された燃料供給開始回転数に到達すると前記内燃機関に燃料を供給する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の起動方法。 - 前記圧縮機の回転数が前記内燃機関回転起動開始回転数に到達した後に前記内燃機関回転起動開始回転数に維持し、内燃機関回転起動信号を受けて内燃機関回転起動装置の駆動を開始することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内燃機関の起動方法。
- 前記蓄電部の電圧が前記待機電圧に到達した後に維持し、内燃機関回転起動信号を受けて前記蓄電部の電力により前記電動機の駆動を開始し、前記圧縮機の回転数が前記内燃機関回転起動開始回転数に到達した後に内燃機関回転起動装置の駆動を開始することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内燃機関の起動方法。
