Abstract
Description
<難燃性ポリアミド樹脂組成物の調製>
ハーネス用外装保護部材のチューブ材料である難燃性ポリアミド樹脂組成物のベース樹脂としてポリアミド樹脂を用い、表1に示す材料及び配合量(重量部)で溶融混練することにより、各実施例(1〜3)及び各比較例(1〜8)の樹脂組成物を調製した。尚、表1におけるポリアミド樹脂としてのポリアミド6(PA6)は、東レ株式会社製、商品名:アミランCM1017を使用した。ポリアミド樹脂としてのポリアミド6,6(PA66)は、東レ株式会社製、商品名:アミランCM3006を使用した。ポリアミド樹脂としてのポリアミド12(PA12)は、ダイセル・エボニック株式会社製、商品名:ダイアミドX7293を使用した。エラストマーとしては、株式会社プライムポリマー製、商品名:E185GKを使用した。臭素系難燃剤としては、東ソー株式会社製、商品名:フレームカット121Kを使用した。三酸化アンチモンとしては、日本精工株式会社製、商品名:PAX−Mを使用した。耐熱老化剤としては、株式会社ADEKA(アデカ)製、商品名:CDA−10を使用した。酸化防止剤としては、株式会社ADEKA(アデカ)製、商品名:AO−60を使用した。比較例8のベース樹脂としてのポリプロピレン樹脂(PP)は、サンアロマー株式会社製、商品名:Q100fを使用した。
ハーネス用外装保護部材として、チューブの内径が7mm、屈曲部の厚さが実施例では0.2mm、0.3mm、0.45mm、比較例ではその他に0.1mm、0.7mm、ストレート部の厚さが実施例では0.5mm、0.6mm、1.20mm、比較例ではその他に0.3mm、1.0mm、1.8mmのものをそれぞれ準備した。
上記実施例及び比較例の樹脂組成物について、次の方法により、内径7mmのチューブ(ハーネス用外装保護部材)の曲げ強度、難燃性、メヤニ、短期の耐熱性、衝撃性の評価を実施した。
曲げ強度は、試験サンプルのチューブを100mm離れた一対の支持部材で支持し、この試験サンプルの中央に押し棒の先端を速度100mm/minで押し込み、変化点が発生した荷重を測定した。
垂直に保持した試験サンプルのチューブの下端に10秒間ガスバーナの炎を接炎させ、燃焼が30秒以内に止まったならば、さらに10秒間接炎させる方法で行った。いずれの接炎の後も、30秒以上燃焼を続ける試料がない、5個の試料に対する10回の接炎試験の総燃焼時間が250秒を超えない等の条件を満たすものを「○」と評価し、条件を満たさないものを「×」と評価した。評価結果を表2、表3に示す。
樹脂組成物を用いて押出成形によりチューブを製造した時間中(8時間以上)は、製品に異物(樹脂の塊、所謂メヤニ)が付着しているか否かを目視にて確認した。メヤニが発生していない場合を「○」と評価し、メヤニが発生している場合を「×」と評価した。評価結果を表2、表3に示す。
耐熱性試験は、適当な長さのチューブを1本とり、180℃の温度で1時間保った後取り出し、溶融、使用上支障のあるヒビ、割れ、傷がない場合を「○」と評価し、ある場合を「×」と評価した。評価結果を表2、表3に示す。
耐衝撃性試験は、長さ約300mmのチューブを1本とり、チューブ内径の約80%の集束電線を挿入したものを試験サンプルとし、この試験サンプルを−20℃の温度で48時間冷却した後、試験サンプルに質量100gの鋼球を高さ1mmから落下させ、使用上支障のあるヒビ、割れ、傷がない場合を「○」と評価し、ある場合を「×」と評価した。評価結果を表2、表3に示す。

Claims (3)
- 難燃性ポリアミド樹脂組成物により屈曲部とストレート部を筒状に一体形成し、
前記屈曲部の厚さに対し、前記ストレート部の厚さを約2〜4倍に設定し、
前記屈曲部の曲げRは10mm以上で、前記ストレート部の曲げ強度は15〜25Nであることを特徴とするハーネス用外装保護部材。 - 請求項1記載のハーネス用外装保護部材であって、
前記屈曲部の厚さを0.15mm〜0.45mmの範囲に、前記ストレート部の厚さを0.45mm〜1.20mmの範囲に、それぞれ形成したことを特徴とするハーネス用外装保護部材。 - 請求項1又は2記載のハーネス用外装保護部材を用い、このハーネス用外装保護部材内に複数の線状の導体を挿通して成ることを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
