Abstract
Description
レギュレータ5は、図4に示すように、共鳴室81の容積を調整する共鳴室容積調整機構83を有してもよい。共鳴室容積調整機構83は、上記実施形態の蓋体82の代わりに、レギュレータケーシング51の開口部59に設けられる。共鳴室容積調整機構83は、レギュレータケーシング51に固定される金属板83aと、この金属板83aに係合された調整ネジ83bと、調整ネジ83bの一方端に連結された気密性を保つ蓋部83cを含む。蓋部83cは、共鳴室81の一方側底面部81bを構成しており、調整ネジ83bが軸方向に移動することによって、蓋部83cが移動し、共鳴室81の容積が調整される。
上記実施形態において、レギュレータケーシング51は、スリーブ55を介してスプール54を保持する第1ケーシング51aと、斜板23と連結されたサーボピストン41を保持する第2ケーシング51bとから構成されていたが、これに限定されるものではなく、図5に示すように、スプール54を収容する第1ケーシング51aのみにより構成されるものであってもよい。

Claims (5)
- ポンプ機構を収容するポンプケーシング、及び、前記ポンプケーシングに設けられ、前記ポンプ機構から吐出される作動液を前記ポンプケーシングの外部に導く吐出路を含む、ポンプ本体と、
前記ポンプ機構の押しのけ容積を制御するスプール、及び、前記スプールを収容する、前記ポンプケーシングに着脱可能なレギュレータケーシングを含む、レギュレータと、を備え、
前記レギュレータケーシングには、連通路を介して前記吐出路と連通する共鳴室が設けられており、前記共鳴室及び前記連通路によりヘルムホルツ型共鳴器が構成される、可変容量型ポンプ。 - 前記レギュレータは、前記共鳴室の容積を調整する共鳴室容積調整機構を有する、請求項1に記載の可変容量型ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ機構は、押しのけ容積を調整する押しのけ容積調整機構を有し、
前記レギュレータケーシングには、前記押しのけ容積調整機構を駆動するサーボピストンが収容されるとともに、前記サーボピストンの小径側の端部に圧力を作用させるために前記連通路から分岐した分岐路がつながる第1受圧室と、前記サーボピストンの大径側の端部に圧力を作用させるための第2受圧室が形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の可変容量型ポンプ。 - 前記レギュレータケーシングは、前記スプールが挿通するスリーブを介して前記スプールを保持する第1ケーシングと、前記サーボピストンを保持する第2ケーシングとを含み、前記第2ケーシングに前記第1受圧室及び前記第2受圧室が形成される、請求項3に記載の可変容量型ポンプ。
- 前記共鳴室、前記第1受圧室、前記共鳴室と前記吐出路との間の前記連通路、及び、前記連通路から分岐して前記第1受圧室につながる前記分岐路により、ヘルムホルツ型共鳴器が構成される、請求項3又は4に記載の可変容量型ポンプ。
