Claims (9)
- 基材と;

前記コーティングは、結合層と、少なくとも一つの酸化物を含む上層とを含み、前記結合層は、シリコンと、遷移金属炭化物、遷移金属ホウ化物、又は遷移金属窒化物の少なくとも一つとを含む、物品。 - 少なくとも一つの前記遷移金属炭化物が、Cr3C2、Cr7C3、Cr23C6、Mo2C、NbC、WC、TaC、HfC、又はZrCの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 少なくとも一つの前記遷移金属ホウ化物が、TaB、TaB2、TiB2、ZrB2、HfB、HfB2の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の物品。
- 少なくとも一つの前記遷移金属窒化物が、TiN、ZrN、HfN、Mo2N、又はTaNの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記結合層が、シリコンを含む第一の相と、遷移金属炭化物、遷移金属ホウ化物、又は遷移金属窒化物の少なくとも一つを含む第二の相とを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- シリコンと、遷移金属炭化物、遷移金属ホウ化物、又は遷移金属窒化物の少なくとも一つとを含む結合層を基材上に形成すること;及び
前記結合層上に、酸化物を含む上層を形成すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記結合層は、シリコン及び遷移金属炭化物を含み、前記結合層を形成することは:
多孔質基材プレフォームのバルク表面上に、スラリーから、遷移金属を含む層を堆積すること;
前記遷移金属を含む前記層を、炭素を含む気体に暴露することによって、前記遷移金属炭化物を形成し、前記遷移金属炭化物を含む多孔質層を形成すること;及び
前記多孔質基材プレフォーム及び前記遷移金属炭化物を含む前記多孔質層に、溶融シリコンを浸透させて、セラミックマトリクス複合基材と、シリコン及び遷移金属炭化物を含む結合層とを含む物品を形成すること
を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記結合層は、シリコン及び遷移金属ホウ化物を含み、前記結合層を形成することは:
多孔質基材プレフォームのバルク表面上に、スラリーから、遷移金属を含む層を堆積すること;
前記遷移金属を含む前記層を、ホウ素を含む気体に暴露することによって、前記遷移金属ホウ化物を形成し、前記遷移金属ホウ化物を含む多孔質層を形成すること;及び
前記多孔質基材プレフォーム及び前記遷移金属ホウ化物を含む前記多孔質層に、溶融シリコンを浸透させて、セラミックマトリクス複合基材と、シリコン及び遷移金属ホウ化物を含む結合層とを含む物品を形成すること
を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記結合層は、シリコン及び遷移金属窒化物を含み、前記結合層を形成することは:
多孔質基材プレフォームのバルク表面上に、スラリーから、遷移金属を含む層を堆積すること;
前記遷移金属を含む前記層を、窒素を含む気体に暴露することによって、前記遷移金属窒化物を形成し、前記遷移金属窒化物を含む多孔質層を形成すること;及び
前記多孔質基材プレフォーム及び前記遷移金属窒化物を含む前記多孔質層に、溶融シリコンを浸透させて、セラミックマトリクス複合基材と、シリコン及び遷移金属窒化物を含む結合層とを含む物品を形成すること
を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
