Claims (13)
- 電池部と、前記電池部と外部を連結するリードタブと、前記電池部とリードタブとの間に位置されたスウェリングCID(電流遮断装置; CURRENT INTERUPT DEVICE)と、前記電池部と前記スウェリングCIDを包装するパウチとを含むバッテリーシステムにおいて、
前記電池部を冷却するように前記パウチに密着される冷却板を更に含み、
前記パウチの膨張が集中するようにするスウェリングホールが前記冷却板に形成されている、バッテリーシステム。 - 前記スウェリングCIDは、
前記電池部と電気的に連結された電池部連結端子;及び
前記電池部連結端子と電気的に連結されるように前記電池部連結端子の下面に位置され、前記リードタブと電気的に連結されたリードタブ連結端子を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記電池部連結端子は、
前記リードタブ連結端子と接触し、前記電池部連結端子の変形を誘導するように折曲形成され、前記電池部連結端子の下面に向かって突出した折曲面部;及び
前記リードタブ連結端子及び前記パウチと接着された接着部を含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記電池部連結端子の上面は、前記パウチに接着されて、
前記リードタブ連結端子の下面のうち切断部位を除いた残りの部位が前記パウチに付着された、請求項2に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記切断部位には、前記リードタブ連結端子の切断を誘導するVノッチング(V-NOTCHING)が形成されている、請求項4に記載のバッテリーシステム。
- 前記パウチは、
前記電池部を覆う中心部;及び
前記中心部から延長された枠部を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記冷却板は、
前記枠部と接触し、前記枠部の膨張を抑制するよう、前記冷却板から前記枠部に向かって突出形成されたスウェリング抑制部を含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記スウェリングCIDは、
前記枠部に位置されている、請求項6に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記スウェリングホールは、
前記スウェリング抑制部に貫通形成され、
前記スウェリングホールに前記スウェリングCIDが位置されている、請求項8に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記スウェリングホールは、
前記冷却板の内側から前記冷却板の外部に向かって垂直に形成された膨張幅制限部を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記電池部は、
巻き取られたゼリー状である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 電流の流れを遮断するスウェリングCIDが取り付けられたバッテリーの外形をなし、前記CIDスウェリングが内蔵されたパウチの膨張を誘導するスウェリングホールが形成された冷却板を含む、バッテリーシステム。
- 前記冷却板は、
前記パウチの膨張を制限するスウェリング抑制部が形成されている、請求項12に記載のバッテリーシステム。
