Description
一部の前記セルの含水量と他の前記セルの含水量の差が所定値より大きくなった場合に発電量を増加させる、というものである。

Claims (8)
- 複数のセルで構成される燃料電池を含む燃料電池システムにおいて、
一部の前記セルの含水量と他の前記セルの含水量の差が所定値より大きくなった場合に発電量を増加させるセル電圧復帰手段を備えることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 前記セル電圧復帰手段は、一部の前記セルの含水量と他の前記セルの含水量の差が所定値より大きくなる第1条件が満たされた場合に、発電量が通常運転時を超える運転を前記燃料電池にさせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記第1条件は、平均セル電圧Vaと最低セル電圧Vbの差であるセル電圧差ΔVが第1閾値より大きいことである、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記セル電圧復帰手段は、前記第1条件の後に平均セル電圧Vaと最低セル電圧Vbのセル電圧差ΔVが前記第1閾値以下となった後、前記セル電圧差ΔVが前記第1閾値より小さい第2閾値よりも小さくなった状態が所定時間以上継続した場合に、セル電圧復帰制御を中止する、請求項3に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記第1条件は、計算によって求められた端部セル含水量と中央部セル含水量の差が所定値より大きくなることである、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記セル電圧復帰手段は、発電量を増加させることと同期して、前記酸化ガスの流量を増加させる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 複数のセルで構成される燃料電池を含む燃料電池システムのセル電圧の復帰方法であって、
一部の前記セルの含水量と他の前記セルの含水量の差が所定値より大きくなった場合に発電量を増加させる、燃料電池システムのセル電圧の復帰方法。 - 一部の前記セルの含水量と他の前記セルの含水量の差が所定値より大きくなる第1条件が満たされた場合に、発電量が通常運転時を超える運転を前記燃料電池にさせ、平均セル電圧Vaと最低セル電圧Vbのセル電圧差ΔVを縮小させる、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムのセル電圧の復帰方法。
