Claims (6)
- 照明光で試料を走査する走査手段と、
射出瞳位置を外部に有し、前記走査手段で偏向された照明光を前記試料に照射する対物レンズと、
前記対物レンズと前記射出瞳位置との間に配置され、前記照明光と前記試料からの観察光の一方を反射させ他方を透過させる光分離素子と、を備える
ことを特徴とする走査型顕微鏡。 - 請求項1に記載の走査型顕微鏡において、さらに、
前記走査手段を介すことなく、前記対物レンズ及び前記光分離素子を介して、前記観察光を検出するノンデスキャン検出器を備える
ことを特徴とする走査型顕微鏡。 - 請求項2に記載の走査型顕微鏡において、さらに、
前記対物レンズの射出瞳位置と前記ノンデスキャン検出器との間に配置され、前記ノンデスキャン検出器の受光面を前記試料と前記射出瞳位置との間に投影する第1のリレー光学系を備える
ことを特徴とする走査型顕微鏡。 - 請求項3に記載の走査型顕微鏡において、さらに、
前記第1のリレー光学系が前記ノンデスキャン検出器の受光面を投影する位置を調整する第1の調整手段を備える
ことを特徴とする走査型顕微鏡。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の走査型顕微鏡において、さらに、
前記走査手段を前記射出瞳位置に投影する第2のリレー光学系と、
前記第2のリレー光学系が前記走査手段を投影する位置を調整する第2の調整手段と、を備える
ことを特徴とする走査型顕微鏡。 - 請求項5に記載の走査型顕微鏡において、さらに、
前記第2のリレー光学系の投影倍率を調整する第3の調整手段と、を備える
ことを特徴とする走査型顕微鏡。
