Abstract
【解決手段】開口端を有するケーシング100と、ケーシングに挿入され側壁に開口を有する筒状支持部210と、支持部の外周面を取り囲む濾紙220と、支持部に結合し濾紙の頂部を覆う頂部支持板230と、支持部に結合し濾紙の底部を覆う底部支持板240とを有するフィルタ200と、ケーシングにねじ止め接続で結合しケーシングケーシングの開口端を覆い、底部支持板に下方に突出し排出孔312を有する排出ニップル310を含むキャップ300と排出ニップルに着脱可能に装着された排出ピン400とを備え、ケーシングと一致する環状の回転溝が底部支持板の底面に形成され、排出孔が回転溝に形成されており、排出ニップルに排出ピン700が装着される時、回転溝の底面に排出ピンの一端が配置されるオイルフィルタアセンブリ。

Claims (6)
- 開口端を有するケーシング(100)と、
上記ケーシング(100)内に取り付けられ、
側壁に複数の開口を有する筒状の支持フレームと、該支持フレームの外面を取り囲む濾紙(220)と、
上記支持フレームに結合されかつ上記濾紙(220)の上側端を覆うように構成された頂部支持板(230)と、上記支持フレームに結合されかつ上記濾紙(220)の下側端を覆うように構成された底部支持板(240)とを有するフィルタと、
上記ケーシング(100)の上記開口端を覆うように該ケーシング(100)にねじで結合されたキャップ(300)とを備え、該キャップ(300)は、該キャップ(300)のうち上記底部支持板(240)に対応する箇所から下方に突出しかつ内部に排出孔(312)が形成された排出ニップル(310)を有し、
上記排出ニップル(310)内に形成された上記排出孔(312)を開閉するように上記排出ニップル(310)に着脱可能に装着された排出ピン(400)をさらに備え、
上記底部支持板(240)の下側面に、上記ケーシング(100)の中心軸と一致する中心軸を有する環状の回転溝(242)が形成され、
上記排出孔(312)は、上記回転溝(242)に対応する位置に形成され、
上記排出ピン(400)は、該排出ピン(400)が上記排出ニップル(310)に結合されているとき、一端部で上記回転溝(242)の底部に収容されるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 請求項1において、
上記排出ピン(400)が、
上記排出孔(312)内に嵌合態様で挿入されるピン本体(410)と、
上記回転溝(242)の底部に収容され、上記キャップ(300)がねじ止めされる方向に回転するときに上記回転溝(242)に沿って摺動するように上記ピン本体(410)の第1長手方向端部にブロック状に形成された摺動ブロック(420)と、
上記ピン本体(410)の第2長手方向端部に設けられかつ上記排出ニップル(310)の外部に露出する取っ手(430)と、
上記ピン本体(410)の外面を取り囲むように設けられたシール要素(412)とを有している
ことを特徴とするオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 請求項2において、
上記回転溝(242)は、該回転溝(242)の入口幅の方が該回転溝(242)の底部幅よりも狭くなるように形成され、
上記摺動ブロック(420)の長手方向長さが、上記回転溝(242)の上記入口幅よりも長く、
上記摺動ブロック(420)の横方向幅が、上記回転溝(242)の上記入口幅よりも狭い
ことを特徴とするオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 請求項3において、
上記摺動ブロック(420)が、基準値よりも高い弾性を有する材料で作られ、
上記摺動ブロック(420)の長手方向が上記回転溝(242)の径方向に一致するように上記排出ピン(400)が向けられたとき、上記摺動ブロック(420)の長手方向端部が上記回転溝(242)の内部側壁と接触するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 請求項4において、
上記摺動ブロック(420)の長手方向端部が、上記回転溝(242)の上記内部側壁の湾曲に対応する湾曲形状を有している
ことを特徴とするオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 請求項2において、
上記排出ニップル(310)の突出端に、該排出ニップル(310)の径方向の長さを有する標識溝(314)が形成され、
上記取っ手(430)が、下方に延びる板形状を有し、
上記摺動ブロック(420)の長手方向が上記回転溝(242)の径方向に一致するように上記排出ピン(400)が向けられたとき、上記取っ手(430)の対向する端部が上記標識溝(314)に一致するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするオイルフィルタモジュール。
