Abstract
【解決手段】所定の感温点以下の温度では水分を吸湿して膨潤し、感温点を超える温度では相転移により収縮して凝縮水を放出する吸湿材(高分子吸湿材24)を、脱水時に互いに離間する複数の分割領域に分割して形成しておき、回転モータ(21)によって吸湿材(高分子吸湿材24)を吸湿領域(14a)と脱水領域(14b)とに移動させ、脱水領域(14b)でヒータ(25)により加熱する。

Description
本発明の一実施形態について説明する。
各分割領域を規則正しく分割することにより、脱水時のヒータでの加熱による温度むらを抑制し、領域毎の吸湿・脱水量のばらつきを低減して効率のよい安定した吸湿・脱水を行うことができる。
本発明の他の実施形態について説明する。なお、説明の便宜上、実施形態1と同じ機能を有する部材には同じ符号を付し、その説明を省略する。

本発明の態様1にかかる除湿装置(1a〜1d)は、基材(23,33)と、上記基材(23,33)に取り付けられた吸湿材(高分子吸湿材24,34)と、上記吸湿材(高分子吸湿材24,34)を吸湿領域(14a,30a)と脱水領域(14b,30b)とに繰り返し移動させる駆動部材(回転モータ21,31)とを備え、吸湿領域(14a,30a)で上記吸湿材(高分子吸湿材24,34)に吸湿させた水分を脱水領域(14b,30b)で脱水させる除湿装置(1a〜1d)であって、上記吸湿材(高分子吸湿材24,34)は、所定の感温点以下の温度では水分を吸湿して膨潤し、上記感温点を超える温度では収縮して液体の水分を放出する材質からなり、上記吸湿材(高分子吸湿材24,34)を上記脱水領域(14b,30b)で上記感温点を超える温度に加熱する加熱部材(ヒータ25,35)を備えており、上記吸湿材(高分子吸湿材24,34)は、上記基材(23,33)上で複数の分割領域に分割されていることを特徴としている。

Claims (6)
- 基材と、上記基材に取り付けられた吸湿材と、上記吸湿材を吸湿領域と脱水領域とに繰り返し移動させる駆動部材とを備え、吸湿領域で上記吸湿材に吸湿させた水分を脱水領域で放出させる除湿装置であって、
上記吸湿材は、所定の感温点以下の温度では水分を吸湿して膨潤し、上記感温点を超える温度では収縮して液体の水分を放出する材質からなり、
上記吸湿材を上記脱水領域で上記感温点を超える温度に加熱する加熱部材を備えており、
上記吸湿材は、上記基材上で複数の分割領域に分割されていることを特徴とする除湿装置。 - 上記吸湿材は、隣接する上記分割領域同士の間が切欠部によって分離されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の除湿装置。
- 隣接する上記分割領域同士の間に、当該分割領域同士を区画する枠部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の除湿装置。
- 上記脱水領域で上記吸湿材に当接し、上記吸湿材から放出される水分を吸収する第2吸湿材を備え、
上記枠部材の上記基材からの高さが上記吸湿材の厚さ以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の除湿装置。 - 上記脱水領域に移動したときに鉛直方向に隣接して配置される上記分割領域同士の間を区画する上記枠部材に、当該分割領域同士を連通させる溝部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の除湿装置。
- 上記各分割領域における上記基材の上記吸湿材との当接面に、凹凸部または上記吸湿材中に挿入される突出部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の除湿装置。
