Claims (9)
- 作動流体を加熱して気化させる加熱器、前記加熱器を経由した作動流体を膨張させて動力を発生する膨張機、前記膨張機を経由した作動流体を凝縮させる凝縮器、及び前記凝縮器を経由した作動流体を前記加熱器へ送出する作動流体ポンプを作動流体回路に順次配設したランキンサイクルと、内燃機関及びラジエータを経由して冷却水を循環させる第1冷却水回路と、 前記内燃機関及び前記内燃機関と前記ラジエータの間で分岐した第1分岐通路を経由して冷却水を循環させる第2冷却水回路と、前記第1分岐通路と前記ラジエータの間で分岐した第2分岐通路及び前記ラジエータを経由して冷却水を循環させる第3冷却水回路とを備え、 前記加熱器の熱源は前記内燃機関の廃熱であり、前記凝縮器は、前記作動流体と前記第3冷却水回路の冷却水とを熱交換させる熱交換器であることを特徴とする廃熱回収装置。
- 前記内燃機関と前記第1分岐通路との間に冷却水を循環させる第1水ポンプが設けられ、前記第2分岐通路に冷却水を循環させる第2水ポンプが設けられ、前記第1分岐通路の分岐点に内燃機関通過後の冷却水温度に基づき第1冷却水回路及び第2冷却水回路の各回路の通路開度を調節する開度調節手段が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃熱回収装置。
- 前記第1冷却水回路の前記ラジエータの下流側において、前記第1分岐通路と前記第2分岐通路との間に前記ラジエータ側への冷却水の逆流を防ぐ逆止弁が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の廃熱回収装置。
- 前記内燃機関の廃熱状態を検知する廃熱状態検知手段と、 前記第2水ポンプの駆動、および、前記作動流体ポンプの駆動を制御する制御手段と、 を有し、前記制御手段は、前記廃熱状態検知手段により検知した前記内燃機関の廃熱状態が第1の所定値を超える場合は、前記第2水ポンプ、および、前記作動流体ポンプを駆動させることを特徴とする請求項か1から3のいずれか1項に記載の廃熱回収装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記ランキンサイクルの出力を算出するランキン出力算出手段を有し、 前記ランキン出力算出手段により算出されたランキン出力が負の場合は、前記第2水ポンプ、および、前記作動流体ポンプの駆動を停止させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の廃熱回収装置。
- 前記加熱器は前記作動流体と前記第2冷却水回路の冷却水とを熱交換させる熱交換器であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の廃熱回収装置。
- 前記内燃機関通過後の冷却水温度を検知する冷却水温度検知手段と、 前記第2水ポンプの駆動、および、前記作動流体ポンプの駆動を制御する制御手段と、を有し、前記制御手段は、前記冷却水温度検知手段により検知した冷却水温度が第1の所定温度を超える場合は、前記第2水ポンプ、および、前記作動流体ポンプを駆動させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の廃熱回収装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記ランキンサイクルの出力を算出するランキン出力算出手段を有し、前記冷却水温度検知手段により検知した冷却水温度が第1の所定温度以下、もしくは、前記ランキン出力算出手段により算出されたランキン出力が負の場合は、 前記第2水ポンプ、および、前記作動流体ポンプの駆動を停止させることを特徴とする請求項7項に記載の廃熱回収装置。
- 前記第1の所定温度は、前記内燃機関の過冷却を防止できる冷却水の最低温度よりも高く、 かつ、前記開度調節手段が第1冷却水回路の通路開度を閉状態から開状態にする場合の内燃機関通過後の冷却水温度よりも低く設定されていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の廃熱回収装置。
