Claims (7)
- 隣り合う第1及び第2のロールと、
前記第1のロールの軸を回転可能に支持する第1の軸箱と、
前記第2のロールの軸を回転可能に支持し且つ前記第1の軸箱と隣り合う第2の軸箱と、
前記第1のロールと第2のロールとを近接及び離間させるように前記第1の軸箱の位置を調節する調節部と、
前記第1の軸箱と前記第2の軸箱との間に介在し且つその両者に接するセンサユニットと、
制御部とを備え、
前記センサユニットは、
前記第1及び第2の軸箱が並ぶ一の方向において伸縮する伸縮部を備える距離センサと、
前記距離センサを保持する第1の部材と、
前記伸縮部と当接し且つ前記一の方向に沿ってスライド可能に前記第1の部材に対して取り付けられた第2の部材とを含み、
前記制御部は、前記伸縮部の伸縮量に基づいて前記調節部を制御する、圧延装置。 - 2つの前記センサユニットは、前記第1のロールの軸と前記第2のロールの軸とを結ぶ仮想直線が間に位置するように配置されている、請求項1に記載の圧延装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の部材の一方は、前記第1及び第2の軸箱の一方に固定され、
前記第1及び第2の部材の他方は、前記第1及び第2の軸箱の他方に固定されておらず、前記第1及び第2の軸箱の他方の表面に当接しつつ当該表面の面内において移動可能な接触面を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の圧延装置。 - 前記センサユニットは、前記距離センサに冷却ガスを供給するための供給路をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧延装置。
- 一の方向において伸縮する伸縮部を備える距離センサと、
前記距離センサを保持し且つ一対の測定対象物の一方に接する第1の部材と、
前記伸縮部と当接し、前記一の方向に沿ってスライド可能に前記第1の部材に対して取り付けられ且つ前記一対の測定対象物の他方に接する第2の部材とを備える、センサユニット。 - 前記第1及び第2の部材の一方は、前記一の方向において離間する前記一対の計測対象物の一方に固定され、
前記第1及び第2の部材の他方は、前記一対の測定対象物の他方に固定されておらず、前記一対の測定対象物の他方の表面に当接しつつ当該表面の面内において移動可能な接触面を含む、請求項5に記載のセンサユニット。 - 前記距離センサに冷却ガスを供給するための供給路をさらに含む、請求項5又は6に記載のセンサユニット。
