Abstract
【解決手段】長尺な外管40と、外管40の内部を通り、外管40よりも遠位側へ突出する内管20と、外管40の遠位部および内管20の遠位部の間に位置し、内管20の軸方向に沿って延びる複数の線材部31を備え、内管20を外管40に対して軸方向へ移動させることで周方向に撓んで拡張可能な拡張部30と、外管40の内部に配置され、内管20を外管40に対して近位方向へ付勢する付勢部材80と、付勢部材80の付勢力を抑制するように内管20を外管40に対して軸方向へ移動させて拡張部30が拡張した状態において、内管20および外管40の位置を固定可能な固定部と、固定部における固定状態を所定の方向へ押圧することで解除可能とする押圧部60と、を有する医療デバイス10である。

Claims (6)
- 長尺な外管と、
前記外管の内部を通り、前記外管よりも遠位側へ突出する内側部材と、
前記外管の遠位部および内側部材の遠位部の間に位置し、前記内側部材の軸方向に沿って延びる複数の線材部を備え、前記内側部材を外管に対して近位方向へ移動させることで当該内側部材の径方向に撓んで拡張可能な拡張部と、
前記外管の内部に配置され、前記内側部材を前記外管に対して近位方向へ付勢する付勢部材と、
前記付勢部材を変形させつつ前記内側部材を前記外管に対して近位方向へ移動させて前記拡張部が拡張した状態において、前記内側部材および前記外管の位置を固定可能な固定部と、
前記固定部における固定状態を遠位方向へ押圧することで解除可能とする解除部と、を有する医療デバイス。 - 前記固定部は、前記拡張部を拡張させた状態において、前記内側部材が前記外管に対して近位方向へ移動すること停止させ、前記拡張部の収縮により前記内側部材が前記外管に対して遠位方向へ移動して前記付勢部材を変形させることを許容する請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記外管または内側部材は、流体を流通可能なルーメンが形成され、当該ルーメンから前記流体を放出するために側方へ貫通する側孔が形成された請求項1または2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記固定部は、前記拡張部を複数の異なる大きさで固定可能である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記固定部は、前記外管に連結されたカム本体と、前記内側部材を遠位方向へ押圧可能な押圧部と、カム本体内で回転可能な回転子と、を有し、
前記回転子は、外周面に突出する係合用凸部が形成され、
前記カム本体は、筒状の部材であり、内壁面に軸方向へ延びるカム溝および前記係合用凸部が嵌合可能な嵌合凹部が形成されるとともに、遠位側端面に前記係合用凸部を周方向へ誘導するための傾斜面が形成され、
前記押圧部は、遠位側端面に周方向に並ぶ複数の凸部および凹部が形成され、
前記拡張部が収縮した初期状態において、前記係合用凸部は前記嵌合凹部に嵌合し、
前記初期状態から前記押圧部を遠位方向へ押圧することで、前記凸部が前記係合用凸部を遠位方向へ移動させて前記係合用凸部が前記嵌合凹部から離脱し、前記付勢部材の付勢力によって前記係合用凸部が前記傾斜面に沿って摺動して前記カム溝へ誘導されるように前記回転子が回転し、
前記係合用凸部が前記カム溝へ誘導された状態で前記押圧部の押圧を停止することで、前記係合用凸部が前記カム溝に沿って近位方向へ移動し、前記内側部材が前記外管に対して近位方向へ移動して前記拡張部が拡張状態となり、
前記拡張状態から前記押圧部を遠位方向へ押圧することで、前記凸部が前記係合用凸部を遠位方向へ移動させて前記係合用凸部が前記カム溝から離脱し、前記付勢部材の付勢力によって前記係合用凸部が前記傾斜面に沿って摺動して前記嵌合凹部へ誘導されるように前記回転子が回転する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記固定部は、前記外管に連結されて内側面に嵌合凹部が形成される操作部本体と、前記内側部材を遠位方向へ押圧可能な押圧部と、前記押圧部に連結されて前記嵌合凹部に嵌合して係合可能な係合部と、前記嵌合凹部に嵌合した前記係合部を押圧して前記嵌合凹部から押し出す押し出し部と、を有し、
前記拡張部が収縮した初期状態において、前記係合部は前記嵌合凹部に係合し、
前記初期状態において前記押し出し部により前記係合部を前記嵌合凹部から離脱させ、前記付勢部材の付勢力によって前記係合部が近位方向へ移動して、前記内側部材が前記外管に対して近位方向へ移動して前記拡張部が拡張状態となり、
前記拡張状態から前記押圧部を遠位方向へ押圧することで、前記係合部が前記嵌合凹部に嵌合して初期状態となる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
