上記目的を達成する本発明に係る医療デバイスの他の態様は、長尺な外管と、前記外管の内部を通り、前記外管よりも遠位側へ突出する内側部材と、前記外管の遠位部および内側部材の遠位部の間に位置し、前記内側部材の軸方向に沿って延びる複数の線材部を備え、前記内側部材を外管に対して近位方向へ移動させることで当該内側部材の径方向に撓んで拡張可能な拡張部と、前記外管の近位部と連結される操作部本体と、前記操作部本体の内部に配置され、前記内側部材を前記外管に対して近位方向へ付勢する付勢部材と、前記内側部材を遠位方向へ移動させることが可能な押圧部と、前記押圧部に連結された係合部と、を有し、前記操作部本体は、内側面に前記係合部が引っ掛かるように係合可能な軸方向へ並ぶ複数の嵌合凹部と、前記嵌合凹部に嵌合した前記係合部を押圧して前記嵌合凹部から押し出すことが可能な押し出し部と、が形成され、前記拡張部が収縮した初期状態において、前記係合部は前記嵌合凹部の1つに係合し、前記嵌合凹部の1つに係合した前記係合部を前記押し出し部により前記嵌合凹部から離脱させることで、前記付勢部材の付勢力によって前記係合部が近位方向へ移動して、離脱した前記嵌合凹部よりも近位側に位置する他の前記嵌合凹部に前記係合部が係合するとともに、前記内側部材が前記外管に対して近位方向へ移動して、前記拡張部が、前記係合部が嵌合する前記嵌合凹部の軸方向の位置に応じた拡張状態となり、前記拡張状態から前記押圧部を遠位方向へ押圧することで、前記係合部が前記嵌合凹部から離脱して当該嵌合凹部よりも遠位側に位置する他の前記嵌合凹部に前記係合部が係合可能であり、前記付勢部材を変形させつつ前記内側部材を前記外管に対して近位方向へ移動させて前記拡張部が拡張した状態において、前記内側部材および前記外管の位置を、前記拡張部が異なる大きさとなる複数の位置で固定可能であり、前記押圧部を前記操作部本体に対して遠位方向へ押圧することで前記内側部材および前記外管が複数の異なる位置で固定された状態を解除可能である。

Claims (2)
- 長尺な外管と、
前記外管の内部を通り、前記外管よりも遠位側へ突出する内側部材と、
前記外管の遠位部および内側部材の遠位部の間に位置し、前記内側部材の軸方向に沿って延びる複数の線材部を備え、前記内側部材を外管に対して近位方向へ移動させることで当該内側部材の径方向に撓んで拡張可能な拡張部と、
前記外管の近位部と連結される操作部本体と、
前記操作部本体の内部に配置され、前記内側部材を前記外管に対して近位方向へ付勢する付勢部材と、
前記内側部材を遠位方向へ移動させることが可能な押圧部と、
前記操作部本体の内部で回転可能な回転子と、を有し、
前記操作部本体は、筒状であり、内壁面にカム本体が形成され、
前記回転子は、外周面に突出する係合用凸部が形成され、
前記カム本体は、内壁面に軸方向へ異なる長さで延びる複数のカム溝および前記係合用凸部が嵌合可能な複数の嵌合凹部が形成されるとともに、遠位側端面に前記係合用凸部を周方向へ誘導するための傾斜面が形成され、
前記押圧部は、遠位側端面に周方向に並ぶ複数の凸部および凹部が形成され、
前記拡張部が収縮した初期状態において、前記係合用凸部は前記嵌合凹部の1つに嵌合し、
前記拡張部が拡張した状態において、前記係合用凸部は前記カム溝の1つに嵌合し、

前記拡張状態から前記押圧部を遠位方向へ押圧することで、前記凸部が前記係合用凸部を遠位方向へ移動させて前記係合用凸部が前記カム溝から離脱し、前記付勢部材の付勢力によって前記係合用凸部が前記傾斜面に沿って摺動して前記嵌合凹部へ誘導されるように前記回転子が回転し、前記押圧部の遠位方向への押圧を停止することで、前記拡張部が収縮した初期状態となり、
前記付勢部材を変形させつつ前記内側部材を前記外管に対して近位方向へ移動させて前記拡張部が拡張した状態において、前記内側部材および前記外管の位置を、前記拡張部が異なる大きさとなる複数の位置で固定可能であり、

前記外管の内部を通り、前記外管よりも遠位側へ突出する内側部材と、
前記外管の遠位部および内側部材の遠位部の間に位置し、前記内側部材の軸方向に沿って延びる複数の線材部を備え、前記内側部材を外管に対して近位方向へ移動させることで当該内側部材の径方向に撓んで拡張可能な拡張部と、
前記外管の近位部と連結される操作部本体と、
前記操作部本体の内部に配置され、前記内側部材を前記外管に対して近位方向へ付勢する付勢部材と、
前記内側部材を遠位方向へ移動させることが可能な押圧部と、
前記押圧部に連結された係合部と、を有し、
前記操作部本体は、内面から外面に貫通して前記係合部が引っ掛かるように係合可能な軸方向へ並ぶ複数の嵌合凹部と、前記嵌合凹部に嵌合した前記係合部を外面側から押圧して前記嵌合凹部から押し出すことが可能な押し出し部と、が形成され、
前記拡張部が収縮した初期状態において、前記係合部は前記嵌合凹部の1つに係合し、
前記嵌合凹部の1つに係合した前記係合部を前記押し出し部により前記嵌合凹部から離脱させることで、前記付勢部材の付勢力によって前記係合部が近位方向へ移動して、離脱した前記嵌合凹部よりも近位側に位置する他の前記嵌合凹部に前記係合部が係合するとともに、前記内側部材が前記外管に対して近位方向へ移動して、前記拡張部が、前記係合部が嵌合する前記嵌合凹部の軸方向の位置に応じた拡張状態となり、
前記拡張状態から前記押圧部を遠位方向へ押圧することで、前記係合部が前記嵌合凹部から離脱して当該嵌合凹部よりも遠位側に位置する他の前記嵌合凹部に係合可能であり、
前記付勢部材を変形させつつ前記内側部材を前記外管に対して近位方向へ移動させて前記拡張部が拡張した状態において、前記内側部材および前記外管の位置を、前記拡張部が異なる大きさとなる複数の位置で固定可能であり、
前記押圧部を前記操作部本体に対して遠位方向へ押圧することで前記内側部材および前記外管が複数の異なる位置で固定された状態を解除可能である医療デバイス。
