Abstract
【解決手段】収納空間1aの周囲を囲む壁部11aを有し、光吸収材料からなる下側ハウジング11と、前記収納空間1aの上部を塞ぐ天板部12aを有し、光透過材料からなり、前記天板部12aの周縁部12bが前記下側ハウジング11の前記壁部11aにレーザ溶着される上側カバー12と、前記下側ハウジング11の内外を連通するように前記下側ハウジング11に取り付けられた導電端子13と、を備えるジャック1であって、前記上側カバー12は、レーザ光透過量の変化を生じる充填材を含有する合成樹脂からなり射出成形により形成され、前記射出成形のゲート跡12dを前記天板部12aの前記周縁部12bを避けた位置に有している。

Claims (3)
- 収納空間の周囲を囲む壁部を有し、光吸収材料からなる下側ハウジングと、
前記収納空間の上部を塞ぐ天板部を有し、光透過材料からなり、前記天板部の周縁部が前記下側ハウジングの前記壁部にレーザ溶着される上側カバーと、
前記下側ハウジングの内外を連通するように前記下側ハウジングに取り付けられた導電端子と、を備えるジャックであって、
前記上側カバーは、充填材を含有する合成樹脂からなり射出成形により形成され、前記射出成形のゲート跡を前記天板部の前記周縁部を避けた位置に有していることを特徴とするジャック。 - 前記上側カバーの前記天板部は、下側の面から前記収納空間に向かって下方に突出する突出部を備え、
前記ゲート跡は、前記突出部の位置の上方であって、前記天板部の上側の面に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のジャック。 - 前記突出部は、前記収納空間に挿入されるプラグをガイド可能なガイド部であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のジャック。
