Abstract
【解決手段】ガイド筒41,42に、固定鉄心51,52の外周面の凹溝5bに係合して、固定鉄心の磁性板対向面5aがガイド筒の他端と面一又はガイド筒の他端から突出する状態で固定鉄心を固定するかしめ部4bを形成する。好ましくは、磁性板対向面5aの一部に、磁性板81に形成した透孔8aに挿通される突起5cを突設し、突起の先端部に設けられたバネ受け部5cと磁性板81との間にバネ9を介設する。

Claims (2)
- 弁体と、弁体を一端に連結した可動鉄心と、可動鉄心が摺動自在に挿入されたガイド筒と、可動鉄心の他端に対向するようにガイド筒の他端部内周に配置された固定鉄心と、可動鉄心を固定鉄心から離隔する方向に付勢する弁バネと、ガイド筒を囲うように配置された電磁コイルと、ガイド筒の他端側に配置された磁性板とを備え、電磁コイルへの通電により磁性板を介して固定鉄心に伝達される磁力により可動鉄心を固定鉄心に吸着させる電磁弁において、
ガイド筒に、固定鉄心の外周面に形成した凹溝に係合して固定鉄心を固定するかしめ部が形成され、かしめ部により固定鉄心を固定した状態では、固定鉄心の磁性板に対向する磁性板対向面がガイド筒の他端と面一又はガイド筒の他端から突出し、ガイド筒の他端側に磁性板を配置することで、固定鉄心の磁性板対向面が磁性板に当接することを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 前記固定鉄心の前記磁性板対向面の一部に、前記磁性板に形成した透孔に挿通される突起が突設され、透孔から突出する突起の先端部に設けられたバネ受け部と磁性板との間にバネが介設され、このバネの付勢力で固定鉄心の磁性板対向面が磁性板に当接した状態に維持されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁弁。
