Abstract
Description
(1) 転動体である複数のニードルと、
内周面に外輪軌道面を有する外輪と、
軸方向に間隔を開けて設けられた円環状の1対のリム部と、該両リム部間に円周方向に間隔を開けて配置された複数の柱部とを備え、円周方向に隣り合う前記柱部と前記両リム部とによりそれぞれ画成される複数のポケットで前記複数のニードルを回動自在に保持する樹脂製の保持器と、
を有するソリッド形ニードル軸受であって、
前記外輪の軸方向両端部には、前記外輪軌道面よりも大径の環状の逃がし部が形成され、
前記1対のリム部の外周面は、前記外輪軌道面を挿通する際には弾性変形して縮径し、挿通後には弾性復帰して前記逃がし部と係合して、前記外輪に対して前記保持器の軸方向位置を位置決めする係合突起部を備えることを特徴とするソリッド形ニードル軸受。
図1及び図2に示すように、本実施形態のソリッド形ニードル軸受10は、転動体である複数のニードル11と、内周面に外輪軌道面12を有する外輪13と、複数のニードル11を回動自在に保持する樹脂製の保持器20と、を備える。

Claims (1)
- 転動体である複数のニードルと、
内周面に外輪軌道面を有する外輪と、
軸方向に間隔を開けて設けられた円環状の1対のリム部と、該両リム部間に円周方向に間隔を開けて配置された複数の柱部とを備え、円周方向に隣り合う前記柱部と前記両リム部とによりそれぞれ画成される複数のポケットで前記複数のニードルを回動自在に保持する樹脂製の保持器と、
を有するソリッド形ニードル軸受であって、
前記外輪の軸方向両端部には、前記外輪軌道面よりも大径の環状の逃がし部が形成され、
前記1対のリム部の外周面は、前記外輪軌道面を挿通する際には弾性変形して縮径し、挿通後には弾性復帰して前記逃がし部と係合して、前記外輪に対して前記保持器の軸方向位置を位置決めする係合突起部を備えることを特徴とするソリッド形ニードル軸受。
