Abstract
Description
(1)赤米の抽出物を有効成分として含有する酒酔い又は二日酔い防止・回復用組成物。
(2)赤米の抽出物が、以下の工程:
(i)赤米に溶媒を加えて加熱し、溶媒を沸騰させる工程、
(ii)加熱停止後、溶媒の蒸気により赤米を蒸す工程、及び
(iii)水、親水性溶媒及びこれらの混合物から選択される溶媒を用いて抽出する工程
を含む方法により製造される、上記(1)に記載の組成物。
(3)工程(i)において、3〜7分間沸騰させる、上記(2)に記載の組成物。
(4)工程(ii)において、5〜15分間赤米を蒸す、上記(2)又は(3)に記載の組成物。
(5)アルデヒド分解促進物質をさらに含有する、上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の組成物。
(6)飲酒前2時間〜飲酒後2時間の間に摂取される、上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の組成物。
(7)医薬品である、上記(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の組成物。
(8)食品に添加するための、上記(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の組成物。
(i)赤米に溶媒を加えて加熱し、溶媒を沸騰させる工程、及び
(ii)加熱停止後、溶媒の蒸気により赤米を蒸す工程、及び場合により
(iii)水、親水性溶媒及びこれらの混合物から選択される溶媒を用いて抽出する工程
を含む方法により製造されるものであることが好ましい。本発明の組成物に用いる赤米の抽出物は、赤米を食するための一般的な工程、具体的には上記工程(i)及び(ii)を含む方法により得ることができる。
40gの赤米(西南赤134号)を水で洗浄した(図1(a)洗浄前、(b)洗浄後、(c)洗浄後の水)。洗浄前と洗浄後で、水の濁りに差がない状態になるまで洗浄した。ミキサー(製品名:象印 ミキサー グレー ZOJIRUSHI ヘルシーミックス [BMRE08HA])にて5分間粉砕後(図2a)、粉砕した赤米40gを容器中に入れ、これに水200mlを加えた(図2b)。容器を加熱し、蒸気を蒸発させながら5分間沸騰状態を維持した。その後加熱を止め、容器にアルミホイルで蓋をすることにより、赤米を10分間蒸した。
実験4時間前からマウスの絶食を開始した(午前10時より絶食、午後2時より実験)。マウスに以下:
0g 赤米抽出物/10ml 56%エタノール水溶液(コントロール群)
0.5g 赤米抽出物/10ml 56%エタノール水溶液(赤米投与群A)
1g 赤米抽出物/10ml 56%エタノール水溶液(赤米投与群B)
5g 赤米抽出物/10ml 56%エタノール水溶液(赤米投与群C)
を経口投与し、マウスの睡眠時間を記録した。上記赤米投与群において、赤米抽出物と56%エタノール水溶液は混合液として投与した。
結果を図5に示す。コントロール群に比較して赤米投与群は有意に睡眠時間が短くなった。
上記(2)マウスに対し、Ethanol Colorimetric Assay Kit(K620)(BioVision製)を用いて血中エタノール濃度を測定した。具体的な測定方法は、キットの添付書に記載される方法により行った。
上記(2)マウスに対し、Dehydrogenase Activity Colorimetric Assay Kit (K787)(BioVision製)を用いて血中エタノール分解酵素(ADH)濃度を測定した。具体的な測定方法は、キットの添付書に記載される方法により行った。
Claims (8)
- 赤米の抽出物を有効成分として含有する酒酔い又は二日酔い防止・回復用組成物。
- 赤米の抽出物が、以下の工程:
(i)赤米に溶媒を加えて加熱し、溶媒を沸騰させる工程、
(ii)加熱停止後、溶媒の蒸気により赤米を蒸す工程、及び
(iii)水、親水性溶媒及びこれらの混合物から選択される溶媒を用いて抽出する工程
を含む方法により製造される、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 工程(i)において、3〜7分間沸騰させる、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 工程(ii)において、5〜15分間赤米を蒸す、請求項2又は3に記載の組成物。
- アルデヒド分解促進物質をさらに含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 飲酒前2時間〜飲酒後2時間の間に摂取される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 医薬品である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 食品に添加するための、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
