Abstract
Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る画像処理システムの構成例を示す図である。図1に示すように、第1の実施形態に係る画像処理システムは、X線CT(Computed Tomography)装置10と、画像保管装置20と、医用画像処理装置100とを備える。図1に例示する各装置は、例えば、病院内に設置された院内LAN(Local Area Network)5により、直接的、又は、間接的に相互に通信可能な状態となっている。例えば、画像処理システムにPACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System)が導入されている場合、各装置は、DICOM(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)規格に則って、医用画像データ等を相互に送受信する。
上述した第1の実施形態では、医用画像処理装置100が、再構成前のデータであるrawデータから、運動が略一致する時のボリュームデータを再構成する場合を説明したが、実施形態はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、医用画像処理装置100は、再構成済みのボリュームデータから、運動が略一致する時のボリュームデータを生成しても良い。
さて、これまで第1及び第2の実施形態について説明したが、上述した第1及び第2の実施形態以外にも、種々の異なる形態にて実施されて良いものである。

Claims (9)
- 制御部と、
前記制御部に接続され、前記制御部が実行する複数の処理を記憶する記憶部と
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記複数の処理として、
被検体の運動が経時的に撮影された複数の3次元医用画像データを含む3次元医用画像データ群を、少なくとも2つ取得し、
取得された少なくとも2つの前記3次元医用画像データ群について、前記被検体の運動をそれぞれ解析し、
解析された前記被検体の運動に基づいて、前記少なくとも2つの3次元医用画像データ群のそれぞれにおける前記被検体の運動が互いに略一致するタイミングの3次元医用画像データを補完する
ことを特徴とする医用画像処理装置。 - 前記解析する処理は、前記運動の範囲及び前記運動の速度を解析し、
前記補完する処理は、前記運動の範囲及び前記運動の速度に基づいて、前記運動に関する部位が所定の角度に可動した時の3次元医用画像データを生成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記補完する処理は、前記少なくとも2つの3次元医用画像データ群にそれぞれ対応する再構成前のデータから、前記被検体の運動が互いに略一致するタイミングの3次元医用画像データを再構成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記補完する処理は、前記少なくとも2つの3次元医用画像データ群に含まれる各3次元医用画像データから、前記被検体の運動が互いに略一致するタイミングの3次元医用画像データを生成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記複数の処理として、更に、
前記補完する処理により補完された前記少なくとも2つの3次元医用画像データ群のそれぞれを、前記被検体の運動を互いに略一致させた形態で出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記出力する処理は、前記補完された少なくとも2つの3次元医用画像データ群に基づく複数の出力画像データを、時系列順に並べて表示、若しくは再生表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記出力する処理は、前記補完された少なくとも2つの3次元医用画像データ群に基づく複数の出力画像データのそれぞれを、前記被検体の運動が互いに略一致するタイミングで重畳させた複数の重畳画像データを、時系列順に並べて表示、若しくは再生表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記出力する処理は、更に、前記運動の範囲、前記運動の速度、及び、前記運動における所定の部位の向きのうち、少なくとも1つを表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一つに記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 医用画像処理装置によって実行される医用画像処理方法であって、
被検体の運動が経時的に撮影された複数の3次元医用画像データを含む3次元医用画像データ群を、少なくとも2つ取得し、
取得された少なくとも2つの前記3次元医用画像データ群について、前記被検体の運動をそれぞれ解析し、
解析された前記被検体の運動に基づいて、前記少なくとも2つの3次元医用画像データ群のそれぞれにおける前記被検体の運動が互いに略一致するタイミングの3次元医用画像データを補完する
ことを特徴とする医用画像処理方法。
