Abstract
Description
次に、本実施形態の特徴とする部材であるベース部材8の構成について説明する。
ベース部材本体810は、エンジン40のオイルパン40a(図3および図5を参照)の下方に配置されている。このベース部材本体810は、底板部811、縦壁部812,813、水平部814,815を備えている。
アンカープレート821,822は、左右方向に所定間隔を存した2箇所に配設され、それぞれが、ベース部材本体810の底板部811の下面に溶接されている。
支持プレート831〜834は、前記ベース部材本体810の縦壁部812,813同士を連結している。これによりベース部材8の剛性が高められている。この支持プレート831〜834としては、図4の左側から右側に亘って、第1支持プレート831,第2支持プレート832,第3支持プレート833,第4支持プレート834が順に配置されている。各支持プレート831〜834の正面側の端部は正面側に位置する縦壁部812に溶接されている。また、各支持プレート831〜834の背面側の端部は背面側に位置する縦壁部813に溶接されている。
取付用ブラケット841〜844は、第1〜第4ブラケット841〜844で成る。第1ブラケット841は、正面側の下パネル22の取り付け部となる。第2ブラケット842は、背面側の下パネル26の取り付け部となる。第3ブラケット843は、左側の下パネル28の取り付け部となる。第4ブラケット844は、右側の下パネル24の取り付け部となる。

Claims (1)
- エンジンおよび作業機をパッケージ内に納めたエンジンシステムにおいて、
前記エンジンのオイルパンの下方に配置されるベース部材に、上方が開放した箱型形状の部分を備えさせ、この箱型形状の部分の外側に、前記パッケージの外面パネルを取り付けるための取付用ブラケットを設けたことを特徴とするエンジンシステム。
