  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　エンジン４のクランクケース１９の開口下端面にオ
    イルパン２０の開口面２２をガスケット２３を挾んで接
    当して固定し、オイルパン２０内に収容するオイルの油
    面Ｒを油面検知装置Ｓで検知可能に構成したエンジンオ
    イル貯溜装置において、クランクケース１９の開口下端
    面２１とオイルパン２０の開口上端面２２との接当部３
    ４の高さ位置を油面検知装置Ｓの適正油量域の上限高さ
    位置よりも高く設定し、クランクケース１９の開口下端
    面２１とオイルパン２０の開口上端面２２との間に挾ん
    だガスケットに非金属ガスケット２３を用い、非金属ガ
    スケット２３でクランクケース１９の開口下端面２１と
    オイルパン２０の開口上端面２２とを直接接当させない
    ように構成した事を特徴とするエンジンのオイル貯溜装
    置。 ２　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載したエンジン
    のオイル貯溜装置において、油面検知袋゛　置Ｓが、ク
    ランクケース１９の側壁２８に検油口２９を明け、検油
    口２９に検油棒３０を挿抜自在に挿入して支持させ、検
    油棒３０の下部に適正油量の上限表示３１と下限表示３
    ２とを表示してなるもの。
