Abstract
【解決手段】 上記した目的を解決するために、本発明における課題解決手段は、ピストン2のポート16の断面形状を両端の円弧が同一円周上にある角丸長方形とした。これにより、ピストン2を焼結加工する際に使用されるポート16を成形する型34を安価かつ容易に製造することができる。その結果、型34が安価となるため、ピストン2および緩衝器Dを安価なコストで製造することが可能となる。

Claims (2)
- 円盤状のピストン本体と、
前記ピストン本体の一端から軸方向に突出する環状弁座と、
前記ピストン本体の一端であって前記環状弁座の内周側から軸方向に沿って他端に通じる一つまたは複数のポートとを備え、
前記ポートの断面形状は、角丸長方形であって途中で変化せず、両端が同一円周上にある円弧となっている
ことを特徴とするピストン。 - シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されて前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室とに区画するピストンとを備え、
前記ピストンは、
円盤状のピストン本体と、
前記ピストン本体の一端から軸方向に突出する環状弁座と、
前記ピストン本体の一端であって前記環状弁座の内周側から軸方向に沿って他端に通じる一つまたは複数のポートとを備え、
前記ポートの断面形状は、角丸長方形であって途中で変化せず、両端が同一円周上にある円弧となっている
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。
