Abstract
【解決手段】電磁流量計1は、通電により磁界が生じる励磁コイル10と、励磁コイル10の中心部に配置された磁性材料からなるコア20とを備える。電磁流量計1は、励磁コイル10で生じる磁界内に配置され、内部を流体が流れる計測管30と、励磁コイル20で生じる磁界の方向および計測管30を流れる流体の方向と直交する方向において対向するように計測管30に固定された一対の電極40とを備え、一対の電極40の間を流体が流れるときに電極40間で生じる起電力に基づいて流体の流量を計測する。コア20は、組成式:Fea‐Sib‐Bc‐Pd‐Cue (70≦a≦90at%,8.0≦b+c≦26at%,8.0≦c≦25at%,0.20≦d≦5.0at%,0<e≦2.0at%)で表される合金を含み、前記合金がアモルファス相およびナノ結晶相を含む。

Claims (4)
- 励磁コイルのコアが、下記の組成式(1)〜(5)のいずれかで表される組成を持ち、アモルファス相にナノ結晶粒が分散して存在する合金で形成されている電磁流量計。
(1) Fea‐Sib‐Bc‐Pd‐Cue (70≦a≦90at%,8.0≦b+c≦26at%,8.0≦c≦25at%,0.20≦d≦5.0at%,0<e≦2.0at%)
(2) Fea‐Sib‐Bc‐Pd (70≦a≦90at%,1.0≦b≦20at%,1.0≦c≦25at%,0<d≦10at%)
(3) Fea‐Sib‐Bc‐Cue (70≦a≦90at%,1.0≦b≦20at%,1.0≦c≦25at%,0<e≦10at%)
(4) Fea‐Sib‐Bc‐Cue‐Nbf (70≦a≦90at%,1.0≦b≦20at%,1.0≦c≦25at%,0<e≦10at%,0<f≦10at%,)
(5) Fea‐Sib‐Bc (70≦a≦90at%,1.0≦b≦20at%,1.0≦c≦25at%)
- 前記コアは、アモルファス合金を加熱することにより形成されている請求項1に記載の電磁流量計。
- 前記コアの残留磁束密度が、1.2T以上である請求項1または2に記載の電磁流量計。
- 電磁流量計の励磁コイルに用いるコアであって、下記の組成式(1)〜(5)のいずれかで表される組成を持ち、アモルファス相にナノ結晶粒が分散して存在する合金で形成されているコア。
(1) Fea‐Sib‐Bc‐Pd‐Cue (70≦a≦90at%,8.0≦b+c≦26at%,8.0≦c≦25at%,0.20≦d≦5.0at%,0<e≦2.0at%)
(2) Fea‐Sib‐Bc‐Pd (70≦a≦90at%,1.0≦b≦20at%,1.0≦c≦25at%,0<d≦10at%)
