Abstract
【解決手段】物理蒸着槽1内に、物理蒸着槽1上部に設けられた蒸発源2、蒸発源2下部に設けられた蒸発物質が堆積する母材を投入する撹拌槽3、攪拌槽3内に設けられた前記蒸発物質が母材に略均一に堆積するための攪拌機を少なくとも設置し、前記母材として金属酸化物粒子及び/または金属粒子を、前記蒸発源として金、銀、白金、白金合金、パラジウム、パラジウム合金、チタン、及び、チタン合金、の中から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の金属を用い、前記金属酸化物粒子及び/または金属粒子を撹拌しながら、その表面に前記金属ナノ粒子が担持され金属ナノ粒子の表面プラズモン共鳴(SPR)により太陽電池の光電変換効率を向上させた、有機系太陽電池用材料。

Claims (5)
- 物理蒸着槽内に、前記物理蒸着槽上部に設けられた蒸発源、前記蒸発源下部に設けられた蒸発物質が堆積する母材を投入する撹拌槽、前記攪拌槽内に設けられた前記蒸発物質が母材に略均一に堆積するための攪拌機を少なくとも設置し、前記母材として金属酸化物粒子及び/または金属粒子を、前記蒸発源として金、銀、白金、白金合金、パラジウム、パラジウム合金、チタン、及び、チタン合金、の中から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の金属を用い、前記金属酸化物粒子及び/または金属粒子を撹拌しながら、その表面に前記金属ナノ粒子が担持されたことを特徴とする有機系太陽電池用材料。
- 前記金属酸化物粒子及び/または金属粒子の粒子径が、1〜200nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機系太陽電池用材料。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子の粒子径が、1から10nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機系太陽電池用材料。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金属ナノ粒子担持金属酸化物粒子及び/または金属粒子を有機系太陽電池の構成材料の少なくとも一つとして用いることを特徴とする有機系太陽電池。
- 物理蒸着槽内に、前記物理蒸着槽上部に設けられた蒸発源、前記蒸発源下部に設けられた蒸発物質が堆積する母材を投入する撹拌槽、前記攪拌槽内に設けられた前記蒸発物質が母材に略均一に堆積するための攪拌機を少なくとも設置し、前記母材として金属酸化物粒子及び/または金属粒子を、前記蒸発源として金、銀、白金、白金合金、パラジウム、パラジウム合金、チタン、及び、チタン合金、の中から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の金属を用い、前記金属酸化物粒子及び/または金属粒子を撹拌しながら、その表面に前記金属ナノ粒子を担持することを特徴とする有機系太陽電池用材料の製造方法。
